rubbish service no help at all with my coats. Ordered identical sizes to my old ones and they are too small and so much thinner. They refuse to refund me even though the coats dont fit. Never use these people they are helpful until you have a problem.

rubbish totally different size to previous coat and they refuse to refund me. you would think if you ordered a coat identical the your old one with the exact serial number it would come back the same - not from this company the coats are too small and as thin as a wind chill coat. Customer service rubbish do not recommend

Despite several efforts, clear instructions and several contact means - the courier (whoever the manufacturer use) failed to be able to deliver on three separate occasions. Spent ages on the phone, emailing and speaking to people to arrange a refund. Workwear express was let down by there supplier chain and dedicated courier - will not be using again.

Order still not arrived. Emails telling me its on its way then "sorry its out of stock" round in circles and still not arrived. Very poor, wont be using again.

My initial inquiry on the website took a couple of days to get an answer. After receiving my quotation - I received a few reminder emails about my quote, advising me the process of placing an order etc. I paid by bank transfer for my order, advised Workwear express, who then proceeded to send over order acknowledgement etc. Fast forward 4 days since paying - I received an email to advise the product is out of stock until March. I have now requested a refund for this. Nothing express about it! Not a good experience.

Hello Martin, I have found your order on our system and I have looked into the stock for you, with this item being such a new item the stock levels from the supplier are not fully integrated into your live stock feed system so apologies that when you ordered you were not made aware that the stock was low. Firstly ordered boots on line and paid to find following day boots ordered not available. Requested alternative and was sent wrong boots. Was advised that they would arrange collection and send correct boots of which never happened. E-mailed several times and got no response, finally spoke to someone who apologiesed for the situation and would rearrange collection - Stayed in all day again, and never happened!Really poor customer service, dont care attitude, only a single purchaser. Would never purchase anything from this company again.

Hello Wayne, We have looked through our email accounts and we are unable to find your account with the email address you have provided, if you can provide your original contact details and we will of course look into this for you. If we are unable to get the courier to collect successfully we can arrange a return label which costs you nothing and as soon as you have dropped the items off at a collect plus store we will send out the replacements to you. Please contact our customer service team and we will get this rectified for you.

Ordered and paid for body warmers on the 29th Nov. Still hadn’t arrived by today in spite of several promises. Cancelled order yesterday and asked for refund.

I bought Portwest Buildtex Laminated Fleece After a month of using the jacket, the zipper looks like this.The quality of the materials used has decreased.I can tell because this is my fourth Fleece of this type.

Large t-shirts come up like medium X-large are like 2XL company wont exchange because of logo printed on them Won’t use again

Hello, We do advise that we can only accept returns on plain garments once they are customised we are unable to accept return if it is a sizing issue. We offer all plain items as samples to be returned within 28 days for a refund of the item price, this ensure you have the time to see the garment in person and try it on for size before you add customisation. You have lost this customer. A speculative email advertising your wares every now and again, I can accept. 3 emails on Black Friday however, telling me to "Hurry up" and all that nonsense - needless and irritating. I hope others take note of your overly aggressive marketing, and do not share their details with you, so as to avoid this 'harassment'.

I ordered staff uniform to my surprise 1 adult top arrived and the others a 2 yr old could wear.. I called instantly and was told that’s what I ordered (which it wasn’t if I’m on a WORKWEAR site) I’m stuck with tops I don’t need £100 down and no staff uniform customer service is poor !!! Rethink before using them awful!!! Finally the logo looked like it was stuck on with kids glue.. I used them for 9years time for me to move on..

Hello Bianca, I have looked into your order and I can see that you ordered online and that you have ordered YOUTH items. We do sell to businesses but we also sell to the public and offer a wide range of items in both adults and children's sizes. It does advise in the product description who the item is for and the size guides on the products do also reflect that. I am sorry that you feel that the application type is of poor quality and we can of course look into that for you as our heat sealed transfer should last the lifetime of the garment. We would not want to loose you after using our business for 9 years, you are a loyal customer and want all of our customers to have a strong relationship with ourselves.

Hi Sorry to say I didn't have a very good outcome from my order. I ordered a Large & XLarge T-shirt in order to size the blokes who work for us to place a bigger order, which I will not be doing. For £46 for 2 t-shirts, the sizing is incorrect based on chest size and the quality is poor. You live and learn!

Poor Quality work trainers, steel toe caps peeling and broken within 4 weeks. Workwear express do not take responsibility but blame the "supplier". Diabolical. They are not cheap in the first place so do yourself a favour and don't bother with workwear express.

Quality of work footwear, steel toecaps absolutely appalling. Took pictures after 6 to 8 weeks on a light domestic job of them peeling and falling to bits. Workwear Express would not take responsibility. Do yourself a favour and leave well alone, they aren't cheap in the first place. Absolute rubbish.

I called to change the delivery address since the parcel took longer than I expected. Apparently 24h dispatch means you'll get the items in 48h. My bad. But I had a very tight work deadline so changing the delivery address was the only way to get them to me when I needed them to be. The parcel wasn't yet with the courier so the change of address was doable. They didn't change the address....and that caused me lot of stress plus additional costs. On top of that when I got in touch with the Live Chat they blamed it on me not reading the 24/48 correctly and so on. really rude, disappointing and not at all worth the name: workwear express. If you need items within a week, good website...if you need them to get to you 'express' might be best to go somewhere else

I would like to initially advise that dispatch does mean when it is sent out by ourselves; it will leave us in 24 hrs and we do offer next working day delivery so at the longest you would be waiting for you order would have been the 48 hrs. Changing the address will add on anther day as the courier has to plan all their routes at the beginning of the day so they are unable to just divert a delivery on their van, it does need to go back to the depot to be reconsigned onto a new van with its new label and that does take an extra day to be arranged. We do aim to advise you of the correct turnaround on the order but there are things outside of our control such as change of delivery address that can extend the delivery time. As said previously this firm are a SHAMBLES. Paid £300 for supposedly Quality tshirts and when I got them they were shocking quality. Sent them back and returns dept say that because they fit the suppliers specs they are sending them back too me.So buyers beware if your ordering from this mob dont expect any help with returning the goods as they will use the fits the specs answer and your left with a pile of dusters as that's all they're good for.

I ordered some boots from them online and as the name suggest “workwear express” I expected them to arrive quickly but after 3 days of waiting I decided to ring the customer service line, the lady I spoke to was very nice and she informed me that workwear express don’t carry any stock and order them from a 3rd party and they had only been posted out this morning and I’ll receive them Monday. A Week after ordering them!!!! What a joke! All I can say is do your research before ordering and avoid any tinpot outfits
