“2 of my 3 items have been processed but no new info on the item I am waiting on the only speedy thing about this process was how quick you where to take my money no info on when then item will be in stock been over 2 weeks to add insult to injury my order confirmation wasn't sent so that would explain Why the items were out of stock before my order was confirmed this company is a complete joke money first customer service last still waiting on my order at full price no reduced rate for my trouble don't care about their customer base”

“2 hi viz vests ordered both had different printing on the back one company logo and the other had text took a picture of the back of a jacket sent it off both came back perfect and in a very quick turnaround will definitely use workwear express again. Brilliant”

“It is what I wanted but by the time you've paid for postage, it's cost me almost 3 times as much as the same product from the local market! Too Expensive for what it is.”

Hi Andy, We ship all our items on a next working day dispatch, we do understand it will seem costly for one item however we choose to be fair to all customers no matter how big or small your order should be with you the next working day once it leaves us- unless you are based outside the UK or in the highlands. “Placed an order on a Thursday. Email said the order would be delivered the next Wednesday, then on the Monday had an email saying that my order would not be available until 13/03/20 nearly 3 months time. Had to get a refund. Items should not be advertised if you cannot deliver in a reasonable time scale.”

Hello Nigel, Having looked into your order, the item on your order is not one that we hold in stock, due to this as soon as we were advised of the delay we contacted you to make you aware. However I can see that the team did cancel and get the refund processed for you on the system as soon as you have advised us of the next steps. “Have to agree with last reviewer their pricing is complete rubbish.. And as to say you may not be able to beat a price is false advertising on the top of you website it clearly says The Workwear Express Price Beat Promise.. Think you need reporting to trading standards”

“Sizes all wrong 29” leg is actually 34” in reality - even though it says 29 inches. T shirt sizes are massive compared to other companies sizes. So all hugely too big. Now I have to mess about sending it all back and I haven’t the time, or the clothing I need for my new job. A huge waste of time and hassle.”

“When ordering the my item it was very fast and easy to use. Customer Service was very helpful through out the process. However, the price I paid and the quality of the sweatshirt I bought is embarrassing. The sweatshirt itself is not good quality at all! I wish I took my business elsewhere.”
