“I'm a client for this fantastic team. They always have helped me with any products I require even with logo design. They resolve any requirement very quickly. Some companies can take hours to resolve issues... but not this one! My Account Manager is Charlie, but all the team are GREAT! @BookingTrades @OllieGAHill”

“I placed the order on the 16th December for Christmas presents to then be told my order will not be dispatched until the 6th January! So I asked for a refund on 18th December and still have not received my money back! Order SO943010”

Hello Hannah, Our normal turnaround for a new order is normally 7-10 working days however with the Christmas break that does affect our turn around time during the festive period. I have checked on your account and can now see that the full order has been refunded to you and there are no funds left on your account with ourselves. Many Thanks

“Designed the jacket online as a Christmas present for my Dad. Was hoping it would arrive in time, but it was quite short notice so the delivery date wasn't due till early January. Couldn't believe it when it arrived just before Christmas, exactly as designed online. Great service, great product, would thoroughly recommend.”
