“We are very pleased with the gas fire and it is exactly as described. James Coplin answered my emails promptly and was very helpful. However, there were problems with tracking my order and although James did try to help with this, trying to track my order was difficult and frustrating and I was not impressed at all with DHL. The information on screen indicated that my order would be delivered on 4th February - but it didn't arrive and we stayed in all day for nothing. When my order was eventually delivered on the 8th February - there was no warning, no phone call or email - it was pure luck that we were home that day! Living in France we understand that deliveries from UK take longer, but it is essential that we can accurately track the order. Kind regards, Valerie Meneaud.”
