“I recently paid for a sun canopy through the website after trying to find one locally, my order was processed and payment taken. All was good... After all the transactions took place emails sent etc I was then informed that the item was out of stock.. For at least 2 weeks, I waited.. Nothing came so I called up customer service to progress my order, I was then quoted another 3 weeks as supplies had not landed but I was ok to wait, the very next day it was despatched and I am awaiting arrival. Great customer service but I would like to have known as I placed the order if item was in stock before not afterwards. Best regards Simon”

“I paid for next day delivery on a Saturday knowing I wouldn't get my item on Sunday, I was expecting it on Monday. From the delivery note yoh can see t was ony sent put Monday. I needed it especially on monday to pitch my tent for unexpected guests. I feel cheered out of my extra postage money!!”
