“Dealing with the shop was first class. Thank you. Howver, I paid for next day delivery because I needed the item to take away camping the day after. Needless to say it didn’t arrive, so was not able to take it with us. Not the shops fault. Perhaps you need to consider using a more reliable courier.”

There was a problem with DPD not being able to deliver next day despite having it in their possession. James from World of Camping immediately responded to my communication to them by refunding the delivery charge and expediting with DPD. It was delivered the next working day. Many thanks James.
