“I ordered a battery for a heated jacket - which came promptly. I didn't realise that I needed a charging cable. You put one in the post free of charge and I received it the next day. What a service. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas”

“Very good service .extremely quick efficient delivery but very surprised to find the price of my item was VERY much cheaper from other suppliers. I wish I had shopped around . £28 pound difference is quite significant”

Thank you for your review and we do not want you to feel you have missed out on a good bargain, we looked at the market price and can see another company doing them cheaper by £28.00 but they are charging delivery when our delivery was free so we will credit your account today by £23.00 as a gesture of goodwill. “Excellent Service from purchase through to delivery and after sales support. We purchased a Bell Tent on Pre-Order and they kept us updated along the way and the only slight negative was we needed to pay upfront in full. The delivery was prior to the advised date during our pre-order which was good as we had a camping trip planned. We had some quality issues with the tent and this is where World of Camping exceeded our expectations. They leased with their supplier to provide a solution which in our case was waterproofing and replacement parts. The faults with the tent were not world of campings fault but as the supplier took full ownership to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them, many thanks Paul.”
