“I ordered a tent (air Beam) but when it arrived it was far to big and heavy for one lady and her daughter. I could not move it. I phoned James on Customer Services and he was excellent. Not only did he recommend a lighter suitable tent but arranged pick up of the big one and is sending the lighter one out to me. I am very impressed. Excellent service. Thank you”

“Quick delivery. I had a problem with the Outwell tent I ordered, but thanks to the sales team they sent me some things to try, but ultimately they arranged the part to be sent from Outwell directly. No one likes problems with new purchases, but World of Camping got it resolved.”
