“I bought an item which I took against when it arrived. World of Camping were happy to collect it and take it back - I rang up, and there was no fuss or nonsense. I think how a company behaves when things go wrong defines them. After 24 hours, incidentally, I changed my mind and kept the item, so in the end everyone was happy. :o)”

“World of Camping had sold out of the item I ordered, but wrote to me promptly offering a refund or the item in a different colour. I accepted the alternative item and it arrived quickly, all in good condition. My only suggestion would be to use more recyclable packaging.”

“The product was competitively priced, arrived quickly and was as described. For some reason the cardboard box in which the product was packaged smelled of stale urine. This could have been an issue within the supplier's storage area, or a problem with the courier, but whichever the case it smelled disgusting and we had to unbox it and get rid of the box asap.”

“I ordered this and it came the very next day. Great service. The laundry dome is very good. The weather at the moment is cold and the clothes aren't drying in it fully, but they just need a wee toasting over the radiators when they come in. It's great as I hate washing hanging all over the house.”
