“Wanted a tarpaulin and poles, had a model in mind and rang store to clarify colour availability. One I wanted was in stock. Very speedy answering the phone, spoke to a real life human beiing who was exceptionally helpful, and I ordered there and then. Tarp came by post approx 3 days later. Ideal, thank you very much!”

“Disappointed that you advertised something that i bought which didn’t include what the description included. Leading me into paying well over the odd for something that wasnt even usable. When i described my situation over the phone, apparently i was talking absolute rubbish until it was read back to me and i was correct. Thankfully i was sent something to use. But really a discount was in order to compensate”
