“Best price, chairs in stock and shipped same day for next day delivery as it was a Thursday and we needed the chairs before the weekend as we were going on holiday on the Monday. Unfortunately, the courier failed to honour the next-day service we had booked, but after contacting WoC service, a lady immediately got on the case, contacted the courier and arranged a Saturday morning delivery & refunded the next-day charge we had paid without any argument. These things can always happen especially these days with couriers so busy, but it's the way you handle these problems to achieve customer satisfaction that makes the difference. I would 100% recommend WoC based on my experience and only wish I had taken a note of the service ladies name as she deserves credit for her prompt, unequivocal, excellent customer service.”

“I ordered a tent carpet and ground sheet. The items Wernt despatched within the expected time frame and when I rang up to query I was told the ground sheet was on pre order and items would be despatched together in 2/3 weeks. Customer service staff were very helpful and offered to refund the ground sheet and despatch the carpet on nect day delivery as they wouldn’t have arrived before my next trip otherwise. Despite this hiccup I found the staff helpful and the refund was with me within a few days.”
