Bit of a delay on the day of delivery but luckily it didn't mean rearranging other commitments. Great price for this item as other retailers were not offering anything like the same deal. “The product and service of WoC was fine. We had an issue with the courier DHL. Firstly they sent a time slot but then tried to deliver earlier when no one was in. We re booked a slot for two days later. This time they said they didn’t have enough postal address info to deliver. Weird that IF they found us the time before. I rang up to re arrange but they said they wouldn’t as they had tried twice already!! Had they?? Anyhow I had to drive a 30 mile round trip to collect from their depot. Pick another courier if you can please?”
