“Really excellent service. We contacted the team and had a response in less than an hour. We paid for next day delivery (before 1pm) and sure enough our item arrived promptly the next day. In regard to the item, we purchased a Chaheati heat pad (to attach to any camping chair) and it is absolutely amazing. I suffer which chronic back and pelvic pain and being able to use the Chaheati made a huge difference to our enjoyment of our recent camping trip. All in all we are absolutely delighted. Couldn't be happier and will definitely shop with World of Camping again.”

“We have ordered from here before and as they are very local to us we wanted to use them again. We had a problem with our order and although this was out of the control of World of Camping the order could not be fulfilled. We were disappointed however the customer service was incredible and we were offered a great discount and picked up our new goods the same day. What a 5 star service”

Good Afternoon, We have tried to call you as after looking at your order number you have only ordered a inflatable lounger from us? Have you purchased a tent from another retailer and just presumed it is World of Camping becuase of the lounger? We are on the telephone 10-4 Monday to Friday currently if you wish to call us back.
