“The website was easy to navigate - the payment secure and efficient. The wrong item was delivered, however, but they realised pretty much as soon as it arrived. The replacement was arranged with the minimum of fuss and the exchange happened seemlessly. So losing a star for the mix up but otherwise excellent”
