“Poor tape on the packaging meant item arrived completely open. Emailed World of Camping and they responded immediately which was great. Thankfully nothing missing and items were not damaged. Delivery was within 3 days as advertised and we were given a time slot which the courier met.”

“Easy to place an order, but when I went to collect the item purchased a different product had been picked The situation was resolved , with the warehouse operative stating the incorrect item had been placed in the wrong picking box . It was a good job I did not have the item delivered and collected my order as a lot of hassle would have been caused with the wrong delivery!”

“Used click and collect quite easy to do, except when we went to collect from the warehouse couldn’t find a sign for World of camping, ended up having to ring the office only to be told they are part of a large group and there was no sign for there warehouse 🤷‍♀️”
