“We put tent up in the garden to check and found some damage to the flysheet. Fair enough. Stuff happens. Rang on the Monday and mailed photos of the damage. Explained I needed the tent for the following weekend for a festival. The next day a replacement was delivered and the damaged tent was also picked up. That is good service.”

“We ordered the Vanco Serenity double sleering bag on a late bank holiday Saturday for next day delivery once the weekend was over. It was despatched on the Tuesday and received on the Wednesday. In time for our holiday on Friday. Have to say that the product is as top notch as the service. AND cheaper than anywhere else we found! We will certainly buy from World of Camping again.”

“Ordered my tent over August Bank Holiday and the delivery was 3-5days. Was a but worried after reading some negative reviews. However, tent arrived within 2 days. I phone up twice and emailed once with some queries and were answered promptly!! Would be happy to recommend!”
