“I ordered a Provence gas fire. I'm unsure how to deal with this review. The delivery was extremely quick - next day. The gas fire appears exactly as ordered. I am very happy with World of Camping in this regard. 5 stars for that. My problem is that only since delivery of the gas fire have I found out that it is practically impossible to buy fuel for the fire - Calor Gas Bottles. There is a national shortage. I am therefore effectively left with a very expensive, large and heavy but ultimately useless fire. World of Camping are not responsible for the gas shortage. Should they have informed me at purchase or before that it is very difficult to get gas ? I don't know really, but maybe a note on the website to flag up this potential problem might have warned me. I researched the fire itself but had no idea gas bottles would be so hard to locate until I tried to get one. Should I have done better research - yes. I will keep trying to find a gas bottle and then hopefully the fire will be everything I wanted.”
