“Helpful lady in customer services with initial enquiry. Order was delivered by DHL who claimed to have got my signature for the goods. Completely untrue. I was at home but DHL never rang the doorbell and dumped the packages in my driveway. One of the boxes was ripped and therefore contents scratched. I notified DHL but they have so far ignored my feedback. The packaging on these chairs is inadequate anyway. Just a thin polythene bag and thin cardboard box. Items as expensive as this should have some form of padding. Bound to be damaged by careless couriers or bad handling in despatch department.”

“My camping chairs arrived promptly. Fold away neatly, comfortable, look good and well made. My only problem is that my son's legs hang over the edge due to his height. Wish there was some sort of extension you could add on for tall people, otherwise would definitely recommend.”

“It was our first time buying from WoC and definitely would do so again. The item we ordered we received in perfect condition, it was well packaged and delivery was really fast. I thought the postage charge was a bit higher than I would expect for the item, but the item itself was a lot cheaper than I had seen elsewhere so overall it was great value.
