“I pre-ordered an out of stock item and was kept well informed of the likely delivery date. When it arrived, I realised I'd accidentally ordered the wrong size of campervan awning. Deborah and James sorted out an exchange very quickly and efficiently, and the whole process went very smoothly. Thanks for your help and great service!”

“Have bought many items over the years, including caravan awnings and sundries and have found their customer service/communications excellent. Any queries raised before ordering have been answered promptly. Products, including my recent Elite recliner chairs have always been delivered within published time fames and have always matched the original description. Quality company who value their customer base.”

“This review is for Elsan Organic green toilet fluid & rinse aid. I ordered 8 x 2Ltr bottles from World of camping and I was very impressed with their fast response and shipping. Order update and overall communication was excellent, they shipped via DHL the very next day. Highly recommend their service and the product was at a competitive price. I have now opened an account with them and I will be using them again.”

“Despite being 200 miles from where i live, i always use this store due to excellent service and after sales. A propmt and reliable storecwith great knowledge of the products.
