Having spoken to very helpful telephone advisor who immediately arranged for correct product to be sent out and other wrong item being collected at the same time. “My very old Aquaroll Filler Tube had disintegrated around the plug so I wanted a replacement, a genuine one not a knock-off that may not last 5 minutes. Needed it to put water into a large Vileda mop bucket which is too big to fit under the kitchen sink taps - I'm not a caravaner any more! Works great. Shipping cost seemed high for a small product but World of Camping despatched it next day even though I had opted for the cheaper 3-5 days. Excellent service.”
