“On the off chance we took a drive to the industrial unit, to see if we could do a click and collect order on arrival. Despite taking a while to find the industrial unit, a polite gentleman agreed that we could place the order while we were there and he would process it straight away. We did just that and within 15 minutes we were on our way with our item. Very happy, brilliant customer service camping world :)”
