“Excellent Service from purchase through to delivery and after sales support. We purchased a Bell Tent on Pre-Order and they kept us updated along the way and the only slight negative was we needed to pay upfront in full. The delivery was prior to the advised date during our pre-order which was good as we had a camping trip planned. We had some quality issues with the tent and this is where World of Camping exceeded our expectations. They leased with their supplier to provide a solution which in our case was waterproofing and replacement parts. The faults with the tent were not world of campings fault but as the supplier took full ownership to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them, many thanks Paul.”
