“I ordered a outwell family fun 800 airtent which arrived very quickly within 5 days over bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately when I unrolled the tent I found the pump was missing. I sent an email on a Sunday night which was responded to before 10am monday. A pump was sent out next day. The pump then had an adaptor missing since I called customer services who were very apologetic and helpful, again the missing part sent out straight away. I have given a very good rating as the customer service from World of Camping was excellent. Responding to my problems and sending the missing parts quickly. I will defiantly be making further purchases.”

“I’ve ordered several items from them and service delivery excellent. A chair I received had faulty stitching these guys were brilliant sent photo of fault and they sent replacement on next day service. I certainly will use again. Don’t know why when I sign up to register fir account I never get the registration verification e mail strange because it’s not in junk or spam folder just seems to never arrive”
