“One of the items I ordered was out of stock but they didn’t inform me until other item arrived which was a pain. They promptly gave me a refund which was good I would use them again though as COVID-19 is playing havoc with everyone and is delaying a lot of deliveries”

“Ordered my Outwell Cloud 5 at 23:00 on Wrdnesday, it was with DHL at 10:00 on Thursday and delivered to me at 10:25 on Friday! You can’t get better service than that, plus the tent (which I am delighted with) was around £100 cheaper than the RRP. Great purchase, great service, great price and I’ll definitely use WoC again in the future.”

“Excellent customer service. Needed a portable loo for a camper based road trip around Scotland. World of Camping had one in stock and allowed me to collect it the same day. ( socially distanced of course). Call taker was knowledgable, made calls to check the stock and facilitated the short notice collection during COVID restrictions. Brilliant service.
