“Used click and collect quite easy to do, except when we went to collect from the warehouse couldn’t find a sign for World of camping, ended up having to ring the office only to be told they are part of a large group and there was no sign for there warehouse 🤷‍♀️”

“I am still waiting for collection of a damaged item, 1 part of a larger order that should have been picked up on Tuesday afternoon, then, when I phoned again, rearranged for Thursday, but still no collection. I have a very large box cluttering up my hall and I want my money back. No problem with customer services - polite and helpful but that is of little use without action!”

“Item arrived with loose components of locking mechanism. No instructions so putting it together hit and miss. Customer services helpful as I had one small piece left over. Agreed that as it seemed to be working ok I would accept the item and if at any time it did fail World of Camping would replace the chair.”
