“Price was outstanding , initial delivery was faster than was first mentioned as one product was on back order . However one product was not the correct one , I spoke to a very helpful Heather who within a day had corrected the order , arranged a delivery and collection which was completed successfully so I am very happy with the outcome despite encountering a problem.”

“I recently purchased two Quest Elite Naples Recliner Chairs, which were delivered very quickly and with good correspondence. Unfortunately one of the chairs arrived damaged, however upon contacting World of Camping they were very helpful and replaced the damaged chair quickly. I perhaps would have scored Very Good in my review, however when I initially reported the fault I was offered a £10.00 refund to keep the damaged chair and accept it as is, which I felt was a derisory offer given the chairs were £100.00 each, although I accept the damage was slight....but all the same still a very low offer! That said I wasn't looking for a refund of any sorts anyway, and having stated I wanted a replacement chair they were very quick to respond so credit to the staff at World of Camping for that. All in all a good service and I would use them again for my camping / leisure needs.”
