“We do not live in the UK but often holiday there and wanted a tent delivered to my mother's address in Norfolk. The staff were extremely helpful in this respect as it was not such a simple procedure as might be supposed. We have not seen the tent yet but I cannot praise the helpfulness and willingness of the staff enough.”
