I phoned their customer services and they arranged for the correct one to be sent out and the original to be collected. All done without any fuss or bother and at no extra cost to myself. “This was my first dealing with World of Camping and i was very impressed with help, delivery and the actual product. I had to telephone with a query, this was answered promptly by a lady who was very helpful. The delivery really surprised me, i paid no premium, the garden was delivered the next day by DHL and information on locations time of arrival given. The garden chair i ordered was of excellent quality. A very satisfied customer”
