“although the item I purchased was excellent I feel that a greater choice could be given in respect of means of delivery. referring to the extra cost of your delivery service an alternative cheaper one should be also made available.”

Hi Graham, it's Liam here - the founder of Wowzr. Thank-you for taking the time to write such a constructive review. We are currently looking into additional delivery options such as Saturday deliveries. Regarding your suggestion about a cheaper delivery option. This is the cheapest tracked delivery service available to us, in Australia before we launched the UK we offered a less expensive "untracked" service and considered doing the same here in the UK. However our experience was that it created a poor experience as customers could not check on their own order and when they would call we weren't able to offer any insight either. Also the difference in price between a tracked and untracked service is just over £1 and so we decided that we would offer tracked services only. We feel that if a customer calls us enquiring as to the whereabouts of their parcel then we should be able to tell them. From our perspective anything less than this would be a sub-par customer experience. However, we will take your feedback on board and if we receive similar feedback from other customers we will reconsider our position.

Hey Oscar, we're so sorry to hear that your purchase hasn't turned up! We have tried to call a few times this week but we must keep missing you. We have sent your tracking code via email which shows that it looks as though the item has been delivered, but please get back in touch with us so we can contact the courier and find out what happened, making sure your lost parcel finds its way safely back into your hands :).

“I was very dissapointed with your service. I told you I wanted the goods for Christmas or cancel them, But you did not deliver till after Christmas which was very dissapointing for me. I expected better. I will not be shopping with you again. Nora Kilcoyne.”
