“I wanted to buy four of the same item but the site didn't allow me to chose different colours. I sent an email and was immediately assisted so different colours were shipped and I was reassured that they are working to make it easier to chose different colours and still get the discount for multi buying. Great service”

“AlThough there was an issue with delivery of my order this was down to the courier company. As soon as Wowzer were made aware the issue they pulled out all the stops to resolve it. Great products that my daughters love.”

“I had a problem with my delivery at first, the courier company wasn't sure where the parcel was and it was just before Xmas. I was expecting to have to make a claim and wait for it to be found but the customer service person at Wowzr immediately sent out a replacement on an express service to make sure I got it in time for Xmas as it was a gift for my nephew. Very impressed with their customer service and a great product too, my nephew loves it”
