“From the very first day that we went into Wrens to look at the kitchens to the day that our kitchen was installed, we couldn't have been happier. Our salesman was excellent and gave us a lot of useful advice regarding the design and fitting, he was great. We employed our own kitchen fitter who came with excellent recommendations. we were so pleased we used him. He was a perfectionist. With him the job had to be right, and it was. Everyone that sees our new kitchen, rave over it. We couldn't be more pleased. THANK YOU WRENS.”

“Several kitchen suppliers were visited - Wickes, B&Q & Howdens we saw a tv add for Wren kitchens. From our first contact online to book the to visit the Guildford showroom until taking delivery everything was perfect. Louise Charlton designed a fab kitchen & was brilliant with us. So patient, her drawings were spot on & I know have a kitchen to die for. I definitely recommend Wren!!”

“Fantastic from planning to delivery. Our designer was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice. The delivery was arranged very easy and we were kept up to date on a regular basis by email and a courtesy call the week before. All the units were carefully packed in cardboard so ensure You have space to store as all units are fully assembled. Even when we had a problem with one of the units wren where quick to replace the item without the need to send any pictures to proof the problem... again great from start to finish”

“By far the most careful and considered design service we found. even with me changing my mind a lot! Designer really thought about what would work in the space. The fitting team Dyash and sons could not have been nicer or better. Lovely job and any issues sorted out very quickly. Had a bit of trouble with worktop measuring (stone) and Wren totally sorted it all out and telephone staff where lovely too. Love my kitchen and highly recommend.”

“Very pleased with the kitchen supplied by Wren, although we are pleased that we had our own fitter. Units generally are very substantial and there were very few damaged. Those that were damaged in transit were speedily replaced without fuss. We have asked several times for Wren to supply some of the paint identical to our units but unfortunately they do not respond! We have obtained the RAL number and ordered paint on this number but it does not match! Please Wren supply a small quantity of paint - its not too much to ask, and I am happy to pay for it! We were also disappointed with a designer who became involved close to final order - he really let Wren down, and again it is a shame that a Manager has not followed up on this.”

“We ordered our kitchen from Wren's Cardiff Gate store. I found the staff very friendly & helpful. When the kitchen was delivered the delivery men were quick at transporting the kitchen into the house. I am very pleased with the quality of the kitchen & it looks lovely once fitted. I would definitely recommend Wren's kitchen's.”

“Everything was very plain sailing, all details were checked and double checked at planning stage. delivery arrived as stated and we were kept informed every step of the way. Fitting was quick and damaged items were replaced very quickly. Cannot fault the service throughout”
