Our experience started off positively. We felt that the sales representative listened to our needs and designed a kitchen tailored to my elderly parents, both of whom have disabilities. This is their final home, and they wanted to invest in a kitchen that would prioritize functionality and ease of use. They specifically requested that all appliances be fully plumbed in to reduce maintenance — including the tumble dryer, so they wouldn’t need to empty water manually. They also asked for a fridge freezer with a built-in water cooler, which was to be connected to the water supply. We vacated the property for two weeks to allow the fitters to remove the old kitchen and install the new one. However, the execution fell far short of expectations. The tumble dryer was not plumbed in because the installers didn’t have a long enough hose. Even more frustrating, the fridge freezer that was sold to us didn’t actually have the plumbed water cooler feature, despite us clearly indicating where the water source had been installed. Adding to the disappointment, our wooden flooring was damaged during the delivery of the kitchen. When we raised this issue with Wren, their only response was that we had signed for the delivery, and therefore, the matter was considered closed. The aftercare has been extremely poor, and it’s clear that the sales team did not fully listen to or accommodate our requests. A new kitchen is a significant investment, and based on our experience, you could likely achieve better results at a lower cost by designing it yourself and hiring independent builders. Ultimately, Wren designs and sources kitchens with a considerable markup, without delivering the level of service one would expect for the price. Overall, we found the company disappointing and would not recommend them.

I had Wren replace my kitchen a couple of months ago, they mis-measured the ceiling drop under the stairs and their fitter didnt catch it either, which means the design no longer fits. The sales staff pushed it off to aftercare and the support team refused to even aknowledge the issue. Im now left with a half finished kitchen and in the process of doing a chargeback with the bank. All i wanted is for them to come up with a similar design that fits and book in a fitter to resolve.

Extremely disappointed. Helping my elderly mother and father with the kitchen. They were charged £2000 fitting before the kitchen arrived. There has been no pre-installation check fitter turned up and tried to charge a lot more for doing the work and told us that an integral dishwasher would have to sit proud. I am not happy at all to elderly disabled parents are left without a kitchen!!!

My Disappointing Experience with Wren Kitchens I’m extremely disappointed with Wren Kitchens and feel completely let down by their lack of after-sales service. While the initial sales process was smooth and they were very eager to get my money, everything since then has been an absolute nightmare. It’s now been nearly four months, and my kitchen still hasn’t been fully fitted. There have been constant problems that need fixing, and despite calling four to five times every week, I’ve gotten nowhere. Every time I call, I’m either lied to or passed around. They always give me the fitter’s number and basically expect me to chase them down myself and beg them to come and finish the job — which still hasn’t happened. I’ve also written multiple emails to Wren’s customer service, only to receive responses 2–3 days later claiming the case has been resolved — when it absolutely hasn’t. It’s beyond frustrating and feels like they just want to brush me off without any real intention of resolving the issue. Honestly, I regret choosing Wren Kitchens. Their customer service after the sale is non-existent, and the whole process has been incredibly stressful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Allegedly price matched quote from Wickes. After reviewing Wren’s quote they missed off most of the stuff. I asked for a refund of my deposit and it is such a mission to get this sorted. DO NOT USE WREN, rather use Howdens. I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues in the insurance industry. Appalling service

6 separate deliveries to replace 3 damaged doors. Washing machine not plumbed in properly, incorrect pipe used, resulting in several phone calls to engineer and Wren kitchen fitter. Hinge on washing machine integrated cupboard broken when fixing washer , probably engineer and several days and phone calls later still no new hinge so another issue with doors. Customer service is abysmal, no follow up calls, just lots of false promises telling you they understand your frustration. You definitely do not, several hours lost on phone calls, time taken off work to await deliveries and 8 weeks later still no resolution or completed kitchen, Avoid if you don't want extra stres and you prefer good service

⭐️ (1 star) I recently purchased a dresser from Wren Kitchens for over £4,050, and I am extremely disappointed. The quality of the dresser is far below expectations, and there was no instruction manual included to assemble it. When I contacted the company for assistance, they told me I had to assemble it myself. To make matters worse, when I sought help from professional assemblers, I was told I would have to wait over two months for someone to come and put it together. I spent all this money, and now my home is filled with a large amount of cut wood pieces with no instructions on how to assemble them. My home has been turned into a mess of trash. I strongly advise others to consider other companies for their furniture needs. I regret choosing Wren Kitchens and hope they improve their customer service and product quality. In hindsight, I could have purchased the same dresser from IKEA or B&Q for around £1,500, without all the hassle and disappointment.

They came out and measured the kitchen somewhere between the measurements that they had and what the showroom ordered was totally different. They told us they would order new cabinets and of course, waiting weeks more. The new cabinets were wrong. They owe us money that they know need to be refunded, but they don’t do refunds until you sign off, saying that everything fine. Their customer service is horrible. I would stay away from this company.

The electrical appliances supplied are not built to last nor are they fit for purpose. They try and hide behind warranty expiration despite 2 products barely lasting 2 years. Both had manufacturing faults, not wear or consumer but nothing other than "buy another one" or "pay to fix it" are offered. Appalling when you have spent 5 figures on a kitchen

"Absolutely terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. I spent over £12,000 on a kitchen, even after discounts, and the quality is appalling. Just 3 or 4 months after installation, the blue finish on the front edges of the cabinets started peeling off. I opened a support ticket with Wren, but they claim it’s due to 'wear and tear.' Some of these issues are on areas that aren’t exposed to any wear at all! We also have white cabinets, and there are no issues with those. It’s clear to me that there’s a problem with the blue finish, but Wren refuses to acknowledge it."

Ordered the Milano ultra Nero kitchen just under a year ago. The designer was fantastic and initially the kitchen looked good although the quartz worktop was not installed straight but trying to get wren to rectify was impossible. The quality of the kitchen however is shockingly poor. The kitchen marks and dents so easily, and you can’t clean it properly because the laminate peels off. We have complained to Wren who have admitted there was a fault with the laminating process (there seems to be an large number of customers all over the UK with the same problems) and have replaced some doors, plinths and end panels however these replacements have the same issues and keep having to replace them is a nightmare. The kitchen looks awful and has been in less than 11 months. My kitchen in my previous home, purchased from Howdens still looked brand new after 5 years, and was hard wearing, as a kitchen should be plus a fraction of the price. I’m really shocked at the quality, I expected much more. Getting Wren to fix anything is an absolute battle, the “10 year guarantee” that comes with the kitchen means nothing. We are now going to have take legal action to recoup some cost so we can buy replacement parts from elsewhere so the kitchen will last. My advice would be to avoid Wren at all costs, buy from Howdens if you want a good quality, long lasting Kitchen.

Kitchen fitted poorly. Several problems. Took them 3 months to finally fix the issues (after a lot of phone calls, emails and threats to sue). They owe me a refund of £500 since August and it's Jan 2025 and still chasing the refund up as its not been paid. Disgusting customer service once you leave the showroom. DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM WREN YOU WILL MAKE THE BIGGEST FINANCIAL MISTAKE BUYING A KITCHEN FROM WREN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

The kitchen was mis sold to My Parents (Elderly 77 and 80 years), by Wrens designer/salesman, he sold this kitchen as a package of goods and services. They were told that the installation team would be provided by Wrens Kitchens, and it was included in the “package price”. They were told They had to pay up front, and sign straight away or the offer would not exist anymore, and they would not find one anywhere as good again, this directed their purchase choice. This goes against the consumer protection act. They were assured the installation would take less than a week to complete. My mother emptied the Kitchen for the arrival of Wren's fitter, only to have him call and say he wouldn’t be coming “he had other things to do”. When he did arrive, he did not arrive until after 10.30, and left before 14.00. He informed her he had another job on, and that was where he needed to be. He had by this time turned off their water supply and their kitchen was unusable. He would come back the next day. He did arrive. But again after 10.30 and left again before 16.00. This went on for 3 weeks, he was rude, dismissive and disrespectful of my Parents and their and home. He helped himself to things in the fridge, which had been left plugged in, without asking. He broke their Stopcock in the kitchen. He put my Mother in a terrible position when it came to signing off the job, She was pressurised into signing and paying him. She was 77-year-old disabled lady on her own. Once my Husband had inspected the kitchen, it was discovered that there were several issues with it. My Mother called the installer and asked him to return to rectify the issues. He assured her he would be back the next day, he did not appear, or answer her phone calls. She was extremely distressed; the whole thing was making her ill. Sadly, this was just the beginning. She contacted Wren's kitchens to complain, and the designer returned to view the kitchen. He took a multitude of photos and made notes of many errors. Eventually a representative from Wren's arranged a home visit Mid December to view the issues. Please see initial list of problems identified and solutions offered: 1) Supply & install all worktops 2) Re install Sink base unit 3) Re install Tower unit 4) Supply & Install frontals on Tower unit 5) Supply & Install all pelmets 6) Remove and re install all wall units 7) Supply & Install Extractor unit Including Internal stays 8) Supply & Install base Filler panel right side of Dryer 9) Supply & Install all Cornice 10) Supply & Install sink unit 11) Supply & Install Beading around the flooring 12) Supply & Install Sink 13) Realign all doors where needed 14) Supply & Install all cover caps where needed 15) Supply Vent and fit to Exterior wall – this had been left open to the elements and potential infestation entrance 16) Refund £75.00 for waste collection 18) Supply & Install wall unit right of extractor 19) Supply & Install Plinths and seals 20) Supply & Install Base panel for under boiler 21) Supply & install Tile trim left of boiler and right of window On top of this the electrical work done to move the tumble dryer, was left unsafe. The cables had been left hanging out of the wall and exposed. She had to employ an electrician to rectify this as Wren's would not resolve the issue. The kitchen was reinstalled in February, and again this took weeks to complete as Wren's fitter had other jobs he was being pressurised to complete by Wren's. They broke a pipe in her house, and in order to stop the flooding, they opened the wall in her bathroom, which has been left as a hole, and She will need to pay for someone to come and mend this and re tile. She was already stressed and ill due to the situation crated by Wren's Kitchens and we all feel that her venerable state was taken advantage of all the way through my dealing with Wren's Kitchens. In June 2024, it was discovered that the oven had been misfitted by wren's Kitchens, and that it was a fire hazard, as confirmed by the manufacturers of the oven. She was unable to use the oven to cook for many weeks. Overall, she was left feeling that although, her home should be her sanctuary, it has however, become her prison. Nothing works properly, and she lives in fear of what will go wrong next. Do not buy from Wren's kitchens, they are appalling. I have heard of many other people who have had similar issues with this company.

The cabinets are starting to unglue at the bottoms. I have had them for little over a year. Nothing but a bad experience with Wrens. Very disappointed and frustrated that I spent all of this money and the cabinets are junk.

Multiple problems, from incorrect measurement taken by designer, then surveyor, incomplete orders, stroppy/rude/belligerent/slapdash fitter, property damaged and assigned account manager not willing to listen. Have started a Section 75 in order to get money back, and whilst this sparked some activity, still unresolved. It's been 3 months now, still ongoing. Have been offered a partial refund on mis-ordered items, but this hasn't arrived either. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

Had to store the flat packs for nearly two weeks before they were used - not ideal in a family house with a dog. Sold as a one week project - took two during which time we were without a cooker (see above). Fitters left freezer unplugged so lost food. Snagging is still not fixed despite fitters leaving beginning of August and further faults have developed. Replacement door has been propped against wall for weeks waiting on fitter. Refer a friend misrepresented and took complaint to resolve but after weeks of delay. Have referred complaint to Ombudsman. Paid in full so maybe that is where I went wrong - if I owed them money they might be bothered.

Want to throw away £35,000 and get nothing but frustration in return? Then head straight to the Leeds Crown Point store. My elderly parents, both in their mid-70s, chose Wren Kitchens for a ‘personalised’ service. The result? A kitchen that’s completely unusable for my mum, who can’t even reach the grill. The only part of the fridge she can access is the salad drawer. Perfect, if you’re planning to live off lettuce and never cook. What was supposed to be a ‘hassle-free’ experience turned into a complete disaster. The kitchen was meant to be fitted in two weeks, but it took four weeks. And for an extra two weeks, we were left with piles of rubbish stacked outside the house. Oh, and here’s the best part: after my parents moved out to try to speed up the process, the fitter left the front door wide open one Friday afternoon. Not just unlocked—wide open. If they hadn’t gone back to check on progress, the house would’ve been exposed all weekend! And as for customer service? Don’t bother. The Leeds Crown Point store did nothing to help us throughout this entire mess. It was passed off to their customer service team, who couldn’t care less. We’ve explained the same issue to four different people this week, and not a single one has been able to do anything about it. The so-called ‘manager’? Always ‘on the phone’ or ‘in a meeting.’ Honestly, the lack of care and incompetence is staggering. We’re absolutely disgusted by the way we’ve been treated. So, unless you enjoy wasting a small fortune on a kitchen that doesn’t work, leaving your house exposed, and getting absolutely no help from customer service, do yourself a favour: stay far away from Wren Kitchens, especially the Leeds Crown Point store. And if anyone from Wren actually cares about fixing this, feel free to get in touch—before we take our story to the press. The pictures of my mum on a stool trying to reach her grill really tell the story.

WORST EXPERIANCE OF MY LIFE WITH WREN!!. After ordering our dream kitchen having been promised the world by the sale team (who were great) & told in the show room our kitchen would be delivered on 11/11/24 or before we removed our old kitchen knocking our extension through with also booking all trades in preparation for the kitchen to be delivered/fitted. we have now just over a week out had a phone call from wren kitchens to try schedule delivery days later.... after trying to change dates for our fitter to find out they're extremely busy & couldn't possibly move our dates with the next availability after Christmas, we have explained this to wren who are refusing to deliver it on the days promised LEAVING ME, MY PARTER 2YEAR OLD & 5 MONTH YEAR OLD without a kitchen for Christmas. i have tried ringing the Carlisle branch which Scott the manager had assured me only days early that he had spoken with the directors of wren who were going to make sure our kitchen would be there on the dates previously promised, Scott will neither take or return my calls now & trying to get a resolution from head office is none existent even after offering to collect the kitchen myself!! only resolution been offered from wren is to give me contact numbers for other fitters which anyone knows you cant get a fitter that's worth there weight with less then a weeks notice!!!. after asking wren to cancel my order completely if they couldn't get my delivery on time as promised i was chuckled at down the phone saying you've signed a contract you cant cancel it. WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND PEOPLE TO AVOID WREN AT ALL COSTS! AS SOON AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY THE AFTERCARE IS NONE EXISITANT!!

Installer did a very good job but 2 doors were damaged that were never replaced and they said that the installer had never informed them of this so there was nothing they would do and signed it off themselves. Contacted wren about wear and tear showing on the counter tops less than 18 months after installation only to be told it was how we were cleaning it (I specifically asked this question before signing anything if there was any special cleaning required and was told no). Customer service are not interested in even coming to look for themselves, after reading the other reviews I'm not surprised. I did inform them I feel that there products are substandard and not fit for purpose if they can't stand up to everyday use. We had purchased from what they called the "luxury" range and the guarantee they boast about, I was informed only covers the life of the cabinets. Save your hard earned money people and go somewhere else. I have advised family and friends who have all bought kitchens since to go elsewhere where which they have and their kitchens appear to be much better quality! Disgraceful company
