Do not go near them.....design and delivery good and then the service ends.......the trade persons they have installing are the worst I have ever encountered.....5 days out of 10 no trades persons in our house and were working elsewhere.....turning up at 3pm to start work.....no quality assurance checks....no quality finishing, no managers from Wren available and it gets even better......the plumbing Wren installed underneath kitchen sink has disconnected and we have a horrendous smell in the house as waste is now going into the foundations, and they have informed me it's now up to me to resolve.......and how much did I pay for this.........20k+.........please take my advice....STAY AWAY FROM WREN KITCHENS.

⛔️ Avoid this company. We needed to order 2 new drawers for our kitchen and they said we had to buy the entire unit again but that we’ll have a discount at the end. Obviously, due to their “company policy” we would only be able to know the discount after receiving the new unit. Having already a Wren’s kitchen we had no choice but to go for it. And the discount was... (drumroll) 20%... we ended up paying £500 for 2 drawers. We tried to complain and explained our disappointment but received no apologies whatsoever. It was as if they’d been through this process many times before. It’s disgusting.

Appalling service. Their staff are compulsive liers just to get a sale. They are incompetent and miss items off the delivery. They also send you items in various colours - despite you ordering a kitchen in one colour. When you ask them to replace the incorrect item - it can take 3 attempts for them to send you the correct coloured item. I honestly have never dealt with such a awful company. Also one of the appliances we purchased from them was missing a component. Despite reporting it at the time (nearly a year ago) and numerous correspondence since they will not supply the missing item so the appliance it faulty and cannot be used. Says it all really. Appalling customer service!

Wren are fine in the showroom, they promise the earth. Once you've signed that piece of contract, you are no longer a valued customer. Our kitchen was started in May 2019, we've had so many damaged parts it still isn't finished and they really don't want to know about Sales aftercare. They (Wren) decide who will fit your kitchen, you have no say, yet they wash their hands with it once you've signed up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely disgraceful company. Wren recommended a fitter who "would be more than comfortable" with our job. He left me with a fridge door I couldn't open. He forgot to plaster the walls before fitting the cupboards. He did 4 hours work in 5 days (assessed by a new independent fitter, whose team managed to complete the full job in 2 days). I paid the original fitter £400 for the plastering and additional work, he didn't complete this work, he has admittedly bought material with my money which he did not use. He is now refusing to give me refund and has therefore stolen £400. I've had to pay another fitter to complete the work, leaving me thousands of pounds out of pocket. I had three home measurements by the Wren team and my cupboards were still the wrong size by 15cm! I've been left with a kitchen that is more impractical than when they started, and I'm now having to pay a lawyer for legal advice to try and recoup costs. The customer service team don't want to know, yet they keep emailing me asking how my experience was. Disgraceful!

Absolutely nightmare, luckily our fitter was good.Made the kitchen look okay! I would suggest people, read very carefully what you’re signing because customers service is very very bad! They don’t accept their mistakes! Not helpful at all! If you are on Farnborough brunch especially please please make sure you have a proper trained designer!!! Not the one like we have.! Some how he is not working there anymore!!

The one star is purely for the fitter who was great - everything was going well until the work top was fitted - it is an understatement to say that the customer service has been absolutely appalling from both Wren Kitchens and J Rotherham (who fitted the work top) We are now in the process of submitting our complaint to Ombudsman and have been left absolutely shocked by the whole experience and by Wrens complete inability to deal with our complaint. They seemed great until something went wrong but when it did they really were a clueless, pathetic, horrible company to deal with.

Kitchen quality seems fine. Fitted by our own fitter who was impressed with quality. However, do NOT order any quartz top s from Wren. They use a subcontracter, J Rotherham who are appalling, leaving a message saying that due to production difficulties they can't fit worktop on the date they had specified, no information just a kitchen we can't use, no sink, no job and NO worktop! Wren are being unhelpful and basically tell us to get on with it!! This is like buying a new car and being told that we'll have the engine at some time in the future!

Poorly designed a breakfast bar with the plans illegible to the customer. One small and large piece in an open plan kitchen without telling me. Tried to rectify and wouldn’t respond until kitchen completed. Lots of items arrived damaged needing to wait for new ones to arrive. Customer service is poor after you have paid, BEWARE !!

Nightmare! Spent £24K. Used their fitting service. First fitter walked off the job because it was his Xmas holiday- 17th Dec! Left kitchen in state where but for the assistance of our builder the granite, supplied by Wren’s partner couldn’t be fitted. Next fitter didn’t arrive until 23rd December. Kitchen was ordered and paid for beginning of October. Less than a year down the line kickboard on centre island has come away. Clips too flimsy to hold such a long piece and cupboard door keeps coming loose. Whenever we have tried to complain customer services are rude and dismissive. Demand photos but then say they can’t open them (taken on new I Phone). They schmooze you in the showroom, take your money and then rip you off. Beware!

The customer service is awful. In spite of constantly communicating with them and expressing concerns around their fitter and these being realised, they are tasking no responsibility. My fitting was meant to start on the 12th, the fitter has not arranged preparation for this, we have raised our concerns since June but not their fault. Kitchen being delivered on the 12 as they won't store it, no where for us to put it but apparently that's our fault. over £20 K of kitchen but they don't care. Earliest installation now the 22nd. rearrange this into a well known phrase - bargepole, touch, don't, them a with.

Three months dealing with Wren for damages. Extremely disappointed with Wren’s service, despite the company came and measured our kitchen top onsite twice, the final piece didn’t fix, then followed by a three month dispute of who should be responsible for the miss cut and damages. We were pushed to sort out the issue ourselves with one of their suppliers despite the fact the contacts and payment were made with Wren directly. The incident happened back in April when they installed the worktop and left our house in a terrible status including: Hallway wooden floor has been chipped; Kitchen island right corner quartz chipped; Front driveway covered in dust from the cutting; Leftover parts from the quartz cutting dumped in our bin; Three meter long wooden big bean dump on our drive. It damped the whole experience of buying a new kitchen and until today the issues are still not solved.

On Saturday 13th July I went to the Broadstairs store to browse kitchens as my Mum is moving house. We were "greeted" and I use the term very loosely by a hard looking saleswoman, blond and in her 60's who talked down to us both and quite frankly completely put us off even looking. When my Mum explained she was looking in preparation for finding a new house she asked very sharply "how do you know you will need a kitchen!" Is that a new kind of marketing? Next question "are you looking to keep the cost down". How dare she make assumptions, as it happens my parents can afford the best. This woman should seriously be pulled up on her attitude. I will never set foot in the shop again and from speaking to friends about it nor will they!

Where do I start.... Still waiting for the installation of my worktops (3rd Attempt now). Haven't even got to the wall splashback yet, which I'm sure will take another 3 months to resolve after another 6 attempts. Worktops keep coming damaged and brought back exactly the same as they first came. Great Quality Control system in place I see.... I call everyday for updates and get false promises that someone will call me back and give me an update. No return call is ever made within the 3 months dealing with them so far. I've told them to cancel my worktops and refund me. Wren has stated we can't cancel as the worktops are in production...... I find out today by Rotherhams that the worktop has not even been returned to the warehouse (5 days later) where I was told that the worktops were going to be inspected by their Head Of Quality Control. I was told by their installer who also spoke badly about J Rotherhams stating their quality control was not good and they've had customers even getting installed on their 10th attempt. Very bad at communicating and giving wrong information. Disgusted..... Stay Away from Wren and J Rotherhams.

Wouldn’t use again and will be recommending others to avoid using them also. Frustratingly, a largely positive experience was completed ruined by the appalling customer service shown by head office. Wrong worktops were delivered and despite not being opened, they refused to change them for the correct ones, despite them being standard lengths which could’ve been resold. Not willing to help despite the error clearly being the designer’s fault at the Hayes store. When anticipate these situations by making you sign plans when you place the order, but the paperwork is incredibly overwhelming and who is going to know the difference between a 38mm and 53mm worktop. Customer services were incredibly unhelpful, ignorant and rather rude. It would seem that once they have your cash, they no longer care for their customers, which Wren are renowned for but we were wowed by their in showroom design service. Save yourself the hassle and opt for a company which prioritises customer satisfaction.

I have lost patience from start to finish with Wren. Product is fantastic, delivery, missing parts and after sales service is appalling. Please do not use them, you will regret it like I have. Especially the Aylesford store. Rude and arrogant staff with no acceptance of wrong doing.

HOR-WREN-DOUS COMPANY. AWFUL QUALITY, AWFUL INSTALLATION, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. STAY AWAY FROM WREN KITCHENS Shocking from the start. We had our dream kitchen fitted in October 2017 and we are still waiting for wren to get it right. Quality of fit was awful we,ve had four different fitting teams trying to get it right all have failed, incompetence the only consistency. We’ve had the doors and drawers replaced over and over again due to poor quailty of product. They promise deliver dates and fail due to quality issues and when they do deliver its the same rubbish again. Infinity plus shaker style in Gloss white painted finish some doors are both gloss and Matt on the same door, some have orange peel effect, there’s burnishing like markets on doors, contamination/dirt under the paint. Doors bowed, doors clashing with other doors when opening and closing, drawers clashing with other when opening, drawers not closing fully. The list is endless. In summary, wren kitchens are rubbish and the furniture ombudsman are equally as incompetent

The initial experience seemed good, great showroom, friendly staff but things are not all they seem. We went though the design and included tall wall cupboards to ceiling height and wanted a tall larder cupboard but that would not be manufactured to ceiling height. A suggestion was made by the designer to add decor panels to "box in" the top of the larder to match the height of the other wall cupboards. These parts were added. A plan of our kitchen was sent and it looked great!! We went to other suppliers and saw some vertical bi-fold wall cupboards that we really liked so by email we asked the Wren designer to change our wall cupboards to these, they were shorter cupboards so would not be at ceiling height which meant that the larder would not need to be boxed in, at this point the designer did not point this out and as I am neither a designer or fitter did not realise that the added parts would not be required. The order was placed and the process was good, informative and well arranged. The kitchen arrived and was fitted by an independent fitter, part way through the build he questioned what some of the parts were for, I had no idea so called the store to be told they were for boxing in the larder cupboard. I thought that they would have been removed at the design change but no. I was not too worried until I started totting up the costs, they got to over £400 and suddenly seemed expensive. I contacted the store to arrange the return but was told that as I had signed for them that they were mine with no possibility of refund. I am now the proud owner of some useless shiny bits of kitchen that I paid quite a bit of money for. I know the designers are paid commission so are very click happy with decor panels etc and when questioned will say that every part would be required. A reasonable designer would have known that the design change would have made the "boxing in" not required but that would have reduced the overall cost by at least £400 so it is more profitable to leave it in at the expense of the customer. I would never use Wren again and I would suggest if you get a plan to get it independently checked by an experienced kitchen designer/fitter to ensure you don't spend hard earned cash on shiny bits of kitchen that you do not need. The kitchen we bought was from the infinity plus range so supposedly high quality, it arrived with chips, and scuffs in places along with thin paint on a few panels with base coat showing through. This makes me think that it will not be a long lasting finish for everyday life, I am hoping that I am wrong as that would really sour an already unpleasant kitchen buying experience. I do have to credit the after sales team who arranged the replacement doors without fuss so I can at least replace the poor quality and damaged items, at least that bit is done correctly. The kitchen will look good once the new doors are replaced but using a premium supplier has been a less than premium experience.
