“Store was large and clean. Lots of differing options of kitchens, budget to high end. Kitchen designer, Adam, was knowledgeable and he offered lots of ideas into how to incorporate all our own little needs and wants. Delivery was quick and easy, all components individually marked out for our kitchen fitters to install. One problem encountered with a damaged island, but this was sorted with a quick phone call.”

“We love our new kitchen. We now have lots of space to enjoy cooking and working in. The design team were really helpful and some unusual features were added at our request. Installation of the kitchen is very good. Really enjoying our new space. Only gave 4 stars as its really difficult to get hold of customer service to report a couple of snags. Overall though, really pleased 😊”

“Design process went well, Sharon llistened to what we wanted & was very helpful with suggestions. Delivery was on time & streefree. Everythign that was ordered was delivered - there was a slight confusion because no-one had explained that one of our white goods was coming directly from the supplier, rather than wrens, and they initially tried to deliver 2 weeks prior to instalation. The instalation team were hard working, punctual & competent. We had ordered a high gloss finish, during instalation a few of the door/drawer fronts were damaged. These were ordered by the fitter. Few hickups with Wren delivering the wrong items, a few areas of the kitchen that I would have liked to see different but overall a good quality, well built kitchen. I would have given 5 stars, however, customer service has often been very slow to reply if at all on serveral queries, there are samll bits that could have made the actual kitchen better. That said, I would & have reccomended using Wren to anyone looking for a kitcen.”

“I love my new kitchen. The design & service by Alice Watts in the Southampton branch was superb. However I have had 4 plinths & the 4th one took 3 weeks to obtain and the communication was abysmal- hence only awarding 4* otherwise it would’ve been 5*”

“Totally stress free. From concept, through planning and ordering,delivery, and after sales, all staff were excellent. Quality was fully up to expectations, and price was very competitive. Would recommend every time.”

“The kitchen arrived in perfect condition. From sales to delivery no issues. However their measurements were out slightly which we found when fitting so this has lead to I contacting them.”

“We went with Wren Kitchens in Cardiff and found them very professional and friendly, they catered to our budget and nothing was to much trouble even with covid19 our kitchen still arrived on time with everything there”

“Jordan in the Norwich showroom was very helpful, and answered my many questions. After placing my order, I found the service from the showroom dropped, however, the after sales customer service were also helpful. Upon taking delivery, I noticed I received a random sink, tap, and piece of worktop. After making a call to the customer service number, and being passed to two different people, I learnt that these are to use temporarily, while my quartz counter was made. Please note Wren, here is a good example for staff training - it would have been extremely helpful if the sales person had notified me ahead to time about these additional items.”

“very happy with the design and products. i fitted the kitchen myself and would have liked slightly more clearer instructions on certain elements like the integrated fridge unit and tower end panel positioning. i found the online videos usefull. Overall im very satisfied and would recomend Wren to friends and family.”
