If we buy from Wren again, it will most definitely not be through the Lincoln showroom. On a number of occasions, my wife and I had to correct or remind the advisor during the design process. It seemed that when she made one change, it undid a previous change. However, at the time we though we had been thoroughly through all the paperwork and trusted the advisors comments. She proved to be untrustworthy. All in all, we are satisfied with the bedroom fitted wardrobes. Delivery team were great, as was the installer; very professional. But a number details, not taken forward from the consultation has resulted in us having to cancel our bed order for a small bed, and finish off a number of aspects ourselves. We tried to raise this with the Lincoln office manageress, who was ambivalent, had no interest in our issues, despite them originating with a member of her staff. From the start, she was more keen to impress that this ‘was not her issue’. As we say, maybe Wren again, but NOT the Lincoln office. Very disappointing.

Hi guys if you are thinking about wren kitchen think twice do some research. The materials are not the best quality and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever got experience with there was talking back-and-forth. They were bringing wrong parts. We will have to wait very long time and the service is not pleasant whatsoever, they were just pushing from person to person blaming on each other so think twice.

After 2 appointments with sales/designer we decided not to go ahead. Having stated from the outset what our maximum budget was the quote was £2,300 over budget. However what made our mind up was we were told the quote included "full installation" but what they don't tell you is installation is a "dry fit" only. Appliances are installed but not connected. Essentially you have a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a new sink, quooker tap etc but nothing works. It was only because we read the very small print that we questioned this. Most customers are only told after they sign on the dotted line. We would have been responsible for connection of everything and would have added a further £1,500 at least to the already over budget cost.

Slightly miffed... The quality of the kitchen and materials are good all round and the Wren fitter was pleasant and capable. However, while being sold the kitchen we were told if there were any problems all we do is call Wren and they'll sort it. This is not the case. Anything done by the fitter, which they supplied, Wren will not do a lick to help you at all.

Great service up to the kitchen been fitted, then once we had an issue with one of the worktops Wren aftercare have not been very helpful, offering a pittance to live with the problem or a fraction of the cost to have the worktop replaced, very poor service & sorry we chose them now

Was impressed until after kitchen was fitted, after service is shocking still waiting for call back from over a week ago. Seems like once they have your money they don’t care!!!!

Finally finished the fitting of the kitchen after several problems with damaged parts and cooker hood. We now have an ongoing problem with a faulty ceramic hob which was purchased through Wren Kitchens at the same time as part of the plan. We realise it’s down to Neff, the manufacturer to repair or replace this appliance but we have been bounced from one person to another trying to get the problem resolved which has now been going on for weeks Wren were very good replacing anything damaged before fitting but we seem to be going around in circles trying to resolve this latest difficulty. After 2 visits from Neff to repair the appliance which was unsuccessful our patience is running out, we seem to be in the middle of an argument between Neff and Wren Kitchens.

Good quality kitchen let down by poor Customer Service. There was a delay with the wrong worktop being delivered which meant during lockdown we had no washing or washing up facilities for a number of days and upon completion an appliance which did not fit which took seven weeks and numerous e-mails before this was resolved. Order number 33040615.

My cupboard internals are white, my doors are grey. Had I been given the choice I would have picked grey internals. It’s clear that the quality is ok but the salesman wants to fill his pocket before really considering what you actually want

Good service in store, kitchen came and had to return 4 doors as damaged. After sales service was ok but don't rate the quality of the units at all.

Lovely showroom, lovely knowledgeable staff but it does not end there does it? You have third parties to contend with and deliveries and fitters can all go wrong and will cost time and money often. The reviews I have read are very varied - and what might help is for every reviewer (from now on) to name the location of the store they bought from and their own location where the installation was completed. I am sure that certain areas get much better fitters than others and having this information might help prospective purchasers knowing the areas to avoid if considering buying a Wren kitchen. I have to admit that presently I am still at the wavering stage.

Delivered on time, all complete no missing parts, appeared good quality, 5 stars at the time but : 2 years on and a couple of the units, draw and cupboard front, the paint underneath the high gloss exterior has begun to deteriorate quite badly so now looks like has milky looking stains which is very disappointing.

Check your plans carefully. The panorama images and VR suit are not accurate and two designers failed to point out that the worktop would not be long enough and would need to be joined. Not good with woods as it doesn’t hid well. Although it was in the plans. The second measurement wasn’t done as they said there was room for filler between cupboards But worktop not mentioned so make sure that gets done also. I was told by them they have no returns policy, once you’ve signed that’s it and they failed to get back to me as promised. Shame because the rest of the kitchen looks lovely. Disappointed.

Went to the Slough Branch to design and buy our kitchen. Here is a list of things you should be aware. - If you bought a car from a sales garage, this experience might feel similar. They use salesman tactics to get you signed up. Pay deposit. -They keep mentioning 15/20/25 year warranty. Although their warranty statement/document is pretty basic and vague. Doesn't detail what kind of warranty it covers. e.g accidental damage, defects, you can find it here by googling it should list out all the things it covers to fine detail. But it doesn't. I had to email several times to find out what it covers. and they responded by saying, paint peeling off or flaking is covered. That was it! When we raised issues with some defects door panels, they accused us of damaging it or it was caused by a vacuum cleaner. this was only a few weeks after delivery. The sheer arrogance. When you sit down to go through the options, the number of times they would negatively talk about their competitors was also disturbing. Wickes, B&Q, Howdens, all rubbish apparently according to them. My advice is to be armed and shop around before parting away with your deposit. Don't let them run the show. You are in control.

Great kitchen in the end, we had some hurdles to over come with both Wren and the installers which we hope to resolve now that the kitchen is done. The kitchen looks great and we are happy now that it's done, however I feel that Wren customer service can be improved greatly as we had quite blunt responses from the CC team, proving not a great customer experience.

Everything was great until arranging template for worktop. This was arranged and then the date was delayed so I have to wait 2 weeks for template and then who knows how long for the worktop!
