There were several issues with marks on different doors which resulted in having to have 2 separate deliveries to sort this out. Then, a week later, a bit of paint came off the bit under the wall cupboard and after requesting a colour pen to go over it as my installer didn't tell me he had one, I was sent an email that stated that charges may apply if further items are requested which I was a bit hacked off about as this has a 25 year warranty and, if the goods are not delivered in the best condition and then flaking happens I would expect replacements issued immediately, especially in the first few months. It made me feel like I had created all the problems and has tarnished what had been a really good experience with Wren

Overall the new kitchen looks good, to me and family and friends who have seen it. However the' unfinished look' after it was finished, with regard to the exposed pipework, hidden in the 3-D picture, left a bit to be disired. There should have been better explanation, as to what is, and what isn't part of the finished project.

Great service in showroom. But installation team are shocking. Quite good job in the end despite numerous set backs and delays x

WREN KITCHENS ARE OF A VERY GOOD QUALITY. HOWEVER THE FIRM THAT THEY USE TO FIT THE WORKTOPS HAVE ISSUES IN THEIR OFFICES WHICH CAN CAUSE DELAYS.

The quality of Wren kitchens is good. the service from the firm is also good. However J. Rotherhams who install the worktops are not reliable. Their workmen are good but the people in the office do not appear to know what they are doing.

The was a professional approach to buying a wren kitchen. It was helpful to see your kitchen being created in front of your eyes. My advice would be to show your fitter the plans so changes could be made if necessary. I feel the quality of the actual kitchen units and doors could be better. The doors on all my units are not soft closing although perhaps they will become so over time. Also the drawers stick on opening and closing. I wouldn't purchase again drawers of 1000mm width because difficult to open single handedly.

In all honesty we have not had the most ideal experience. The sales experience we received was 5 star and had a smooth and pleasent experience worth the process of designing, surveying and delivery of our kitchen. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there. We received the wrong filter for our extractor fan, which was quite a challenge to get resolved with wrens customer service team. Secondly they wrongly delivered items to us meant for another address and refused to collect them. After muc back and forth and pointing out that I would either have to store these items or pay someone else to collect them, and how would they feel if I come and dumped my personal belongings in their showroom and just left them there they finally agreeed to collect the items. Following this we have had an appalling experience with their third party worktop supplier, J Rotherham who contractually are meant to deliver worktops from templating within 7-10 days. Templating was 24/09 and after recienving no communication, continually chasing them we have been given multiple delivery dates which have been changed or cancelled last minute now three times. That’s three times, making work arrnangements, scheduling removals and adjusting our current rent and move out date/situation as we are not yet in the property until the worktops are delivered. Unfortunately and experience that started well has ended rather disappointing and because of that I wouldn’t recommend.

Great showroom service, however after sales a nightmare. 7 damaged doors, replacements were sent which apparently underwent rigorous quality control and still arrived damaged. Currently with ombudsman to gain a resolution. Customer service is non existent

This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for a kitchen to be finished. The units were fitted very quick, took only a week. I’ve waited 4 weeks for my granite work surfaces to be fitted, I’ve got a date for the 8th October fingers crossed.

I have left a few reviews for Wren Kitchens, all of which have been very good. However, since my kitchen has been fitted, I am a little disappointed with the after service. Our kitchen was fitted at the end of July and we are still waiting for our Cooker Hood to be fixed (we can't use it), promises aren't kept. We are also still waiting for another job to be fixed, which again, after a couple of phone calls and emails, Wren Kitchens failed to even know what we were on about. We are still waiting for this to be fixed. The service from the kitchen designer and fitters was fantastic but the after care isn't proving to be as efficient.

Difficult sales process, remember prices are negotiable and your sales agent is comission paid. Good measuring service, very happy with the final product.

The service provided by Wrens was very good and the initial meetings at the showroom all went well. The manager and staff couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately once the order was placed, the service wasn't to the same standard and this was primarily caused by a disconnect between the installation team and the after sales team. Better communication between them all would have helped. Mrs K, khanj99@yahoo.co.uk

Showroom was amazing unfortunately let down by delivery and installation If I was to order again I would use my own fitters

Order process seemed seamless until the kitchen was delivered and clearly the designer made a number of telling mistakes such as ordering a kitchen cupboard smaller than the extractor fan. One of a number of such mistakes. Result, we had to settle for a smaller fan which hardly sucks the air below it let alone fumes from cooking. Other parts missing from order and then surplus parts that we still have in our garage waiting for collection. after sales was shocking. Very grumpy assistants who wouldn't understand our issues and refused to allow access to anyone senior to them. Not sure i would recommend Wren. When I refitted my utility room I went to Howdens and found the service there so much better.

There kitchens were good quality but there customer service could be improved, it took 5 months to get parts replaced and my missing parts and was only resolved as I went I to the shop not due to the numerous emails or phone calls
