Trustpilot reviews Categories My Reviews My Settings Help LOG OUT Alternate Text Tom Lerp GB For companies Review of Wren Kitchens Tom Lerp Tom Lerp 3 reviews 4 stars: Great A minute ago In two minds. My whole experience Would I recommend Wren Kitchens is what I've been asked a lot by friends and colleagues, and I'm in two minds about it. The design team were great. My kitchen it a difficult space with weird angles. They did amazing with the space and I'm really happy with it. My fitter was great, went above and beyond, however the fitters they hire are just fitters that you can contact and pay less than half the price for yourself. I choose to pay the extra for fitting as everything is central, if anything goes wrong Wren will need to sort it. So I thought of it as a bit of extra insurance. The negatives: looking back I feel I was pressured to sign. The quote that stands out to me was "we can give you that free ex-display sink and tap but if you don't sign today, I don't know if it will be avaliable or not". When we had the final price, I was asked my budget which I hadn't mentioned until this point. Once I told them, there seemed to be a lot of wriggle room go get it down to my price. In the end, I didn't get that free sink, but they knocked off some money to make up for that which was fine as an outcome. However, the major downfall here was the difficulty contacting my design team or the store manager after paying. They do send automated emails at trigger points, and central office call before the date of fitting. However, I called 4 times to speak to my design person at the store. Each time told he would call me back, on the 4th call I was told he no longer works there and I should have been told this. He also didnt answer any emails I sent (but he may have been given a new email address at the other store he now works at to be fair). Asked to speak to a manager 3 times after this, was told he was not free but would call back. Never received that call back. Here's my conclusion - IF everything goes well, and you don't need to chase Wren, you will not have any issues and will be happy overall. However, I can see that if anything did go wrong, being able to contact those who you need to at the store will be a chore, and I'm not the only one to point out the difficulty of communication from the store judging by online reviews. Once I signed, I felt like the store itself wiped their hands clean of me which wasn't a nice feeling to go away with. Overall, happy with my kitchen, happy with the before sales, designing, and an amazing fitter (who told me he earns less than Wren make from me paying Wren to install which was sad to hear). Not happy with the store not really seeming that bothered once you've paid. I probably wouldn't use Wren again based on the above niggles in all honesty. This isn't a complaint, just an outline of my overall experience from start to finish - I am happy with my kitchen overall.

Excellent showroom with a wide choice of styles and colours. The designers are very knowledgeable. We love the quality of our kitchen and they beat any other high street kitchen quote. Keep an eye on black Friday deals ;)

We have had our Wren kitchen nearly a year now and had no real issues (a couple of doors have been realigned by me but this is due to the weight and quality of the panel used and not an issue as such) and we are still really impressed by the finish and durability of it. Very professional and knowledgeable staff at the Paisley branch who are willing to be flexible with the design to ensure you get exactly what you want.

Our overall experience with Wren was very positive. We only had one niggle with the integrated oven unit which seems like it was one they bought in as opposed to making themselves, it certainly wasn't as good as the rest of the units. Everything else was well thought out however and we enjoyed buying our first kitchen with Wren.

Overall we had a reasonably good experience. Just a few issues with missing parts. The only small complaint was us being asked to source our own missing drain plug as the company that supplied Wren had gone bust.

Very helpfull when designing the kitchen delivery boys were very amenable The kichen fitter not employed by wrens found some difficulty fitting it but got there in the end and it looks fabulous Have quite a few bits left over so hopefully take them back to wrens

Wrens did a really good job supplying our new kitchen. By ordering during their 50% sale we got all our units and all new appliances for an excellent price. A couple of units were supplied with doors when we expected drawers but, after some discussion, things were sorted to our satisfaction. I installed the kitchen myself and everything fitted as expected. J Rotherham made a mistake initially with supply of the worktop which delayed completion but overall we are delighted with our new kitchen.

We have a good experience with wrens. The design team were great at listening to our advice and helping us to design our kitchen. We were very pleased with our kitchen when it was finished. We used the finance option and are paying it off over 4 years. The joiners through wrens can be a little pricey but you need to go with them if you are using the finance option.

Brilliant service in store and online, but went pear shaped with delivery! Waited in all day yesterday as told delivery was 28/02/19, nothing arrived. Today message from Yodel delivery between 1006-1206. At 1106 Yodel and Wren sent message that delivery had been made, unfortunately not at my home! Rang Wren who stated it was a failed delivery, but I was waiting at home! Wren now state it was delivered to the Poole store? So why is it a failed delivery! Wren have apologised, total fiasco!

Great service from the staff in the shop, the men who delivered our kitchen and the customer service team too. We had a few damages and something missing but within 5 days of speaking to them on the phone the replacement bits were with us and fitted the following Saturday (our own fitted) The only thing I think could be better is the packaging on the kitchen as something had hardly any protection in the lorry and when delivered to us
