“The quality and standard of the units were very good and were very pleased with the kitchen after being fitted. Only a minor problem was that we were a shelf missing in the delivery and a wrong colour work surface was sent delaying the kitchen fitter to finish. The correct one was sent within a week. The show room staff were very helpful and obliging.”

“Wren kitchens was reasonably priced and offered a top class delivery service, kitchen looks great now that it’s in, please just check their measurements before you install as my room was measured incorrectly and worktops and base units had to be altered.”

“Beautiful kitchen and the service was very good. Only downside is that after I had ordered the kitchen I found out there were no fitters in our are. Had to find an independent fitter who sadly was diabolical and has left our kitchen in a state. It will be amazing when I finally get it finished.”

“I purchased my kitchen 2Weeks before Xmas and it was delivered on time as arranged. I had my own fitters as wrens are very expensive in comparison. Everything went to plan and I had my beautiful, quality kitchen in just in time. From measuring to delivery everyone involved were very helpful and the guys at Sheffield branch even helped make suggestions to save me money. I would recommend to friends and family”

“Overall really pleased. Few hiccups along the way but nothing major. Showroom staff and VR was brilliant and was so important in the design phase. Quality of the kitchen is good a few damaged items during fitting were replaced without issue by Wren. Dry Fit cost was quite expensive in comparison especially as there were a lot of extras from the fitters after survey but the 0% interest was well worth it and the kitchen looks great.”

“Good customer service, helpful and good advice, prompt delivery. Only down side is not being able to return an item that was no longer wanted after placing order,but in all fairness I was made aware of this.”

“Kitchen is lovely and fitted by Wren very professionally. After sales poor, my dishwasher broke after 3 months and Wren weren’t interested, had to wait 6 weeks for repair!”

“Showroom and design service were excellent with plenty of chance to make changes to the design and finishes etc. However, delivery day was not good. They moved our slot on the day 4 times to 8pm and we had to endure an hour of the delivery men complaining about their lives! The quality of the units etc is very good - we're pleased with the resulting fitted kitchen. A couple of items were deliverd damaged, but Wren's after-sales customer service sent replacements free, next-day whhich was brilliant. Overall would recommend.”

“WE LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN, THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THAT WE WERE SOLD A WINE COOLER/WARMER WHCH DOESN'T WORK AS DESCRIBED AND SHOULD ONLY HAVE BEEN SOLD AS A COOLER, I CONTACTED WREN WHO HAVE APPARENTLY CHANGED THEIR SELLING INFORMATION BUT WOULD NOT OFFER ME AN EXCHANGE AS IT WAS OVER A MONTH SINCE PURCHASE (SADLY WE WERE AWAY FROM THE HOME FOR 6 MONTHS AND NOT ABLE TO USE IT HENCE DID NOT REALISE IT DID NOT OPERATE AS DESCRIBED VERBALLY UNTIL LATER)”

“Fantastic service at the Newport showroom and fantastic kitchen. Review would have been 5 stars but after installation service has been disappointing as we have an issue with the fitting. Trying to get it resolved is painful, we still don't have a date for a callout some weeks after notifying customer services.”

“Paul the kitchen planner at the Leeds crown point store was fantastic. He had lots of time and ideas to get our plan perfect. We are really pleased with the quality of the kitchen. We used our own fitter so can't comment on that part of the service but all in all I would def use Wren again. Alison”

“The design process was very thorough and we felt we were leading. David was able to turn our ideas into reality rather than pushing us into a standardised product. The delivery was on time and complete. The quality of the kitchen hasn't disappointed. The are some issues with the soft close cupboards but that is probably as a consequence of fitting rather than manufacture. One design gripe that has come to light in operation is that the splash back behind the hob is only 10cm wider than the hob consequently doesn't offer sufficient protection. The ceramic sink has picked up a couple marks which is surprising but might have been during fitting. Overall pleased with the kitchen and very pleasantly surprised by service from Wren who are clearly making significant efforts in that area and which was well beyond any of the competition.”

“Really happy with the service we received from start to finish. We changed our minds about the kitchen sink at the last minute and had to redesign the kitchen as it was so large! Wren sent an experienced surveyor along to double check the measurements and the final fitting went without a hitch. We were initially a little weary of using Wren because of the negative reviews but were reassured when I raised my concerns. Our kitchen consultant in the Reading office was brilliant and the overall customer service we received was great.”
