“Very happy with the kitchen. But a bit disappointed as we are still waiting for the hood for the hob. It’s been couple of weeks since we had the delivery, but no sign of hood yet. Otherwise it’s really really good kitchen. Just can’t wait to start using it.”

“Really pleased with our Wren kitchen! The whole experience from design through to delivery was informative, well communicated and knowledgeable. Our kitchen designer took the time to listen to our needs and ensured that the final design worked for us as a family. She was patient with our various ideas and willing to adapt and change designs as needed. Delivery times were well communicated and quick. The kitchen itself looks fantastic and is good quality. Unfortunately we found Wren too expensive to fit the kitchen. We sourced our own fitter so I would be unable to comment on the quality of fitting.”

“Great communication from start to finish, no hassle and all very clear. Easy delivery, however the lorry is extremely big and it could have been an issue if delivery was nearer home time as everyone parks on the streets. We noticed on the tracker they went around the longest route to get to our property, apparently this was down to not having updated sat navs. It could have saved us time getting back to work and also the company drivers time and fuel etc. High quality kitchen and no damages! We Would have liked templates for the handles to make fitting easier as we are first timers at fitting a kitchen and any mistakes would have ruined the doors. If we had gone for fitting this would have nearly doubled in price so we trusted in our family and are fortunate enough they know some of the trade and worked really well together. Overall our kitchen looks amazing and we are very happy!”

“Every point, from my appointment with the Wren designer in Oxford through to the contract fitters, has been great. Andrew, my customer care contact, called and emailed each week until my delivery came too. The delivery packaging, however, could be improved - some units are not very well wrapped and delivery man was a little “rough” with the boxes so I had three damaged pieces, but these were replaced whilst fitters were working the next week. I have been very lucky with the fitting team (who live over an hour away) they were fantastic, neat, clean and thorough. Everything works and we are delighted with the end result.”

“I haven't given this five stars as i have had a few niggles with the installation, however this is down to the fitter and not Wren, who have been professional and helpful throughout. I still have one outstanding issue but this is in hand and will hopefully be sorted soon. The kitchen is of a high standard and overall i'm very pleased with it.”

“Loads of designs to choose from. Never had anyone push us into things we didnt want. Completely our own choice. Had a problem with some missing parts from delivery but got sorted within a couple hours, very easy and no hassle.”

“The showroom assistant was excellent we spent hours planning every detail and then I went back and made some changes but nothing was too much trouble for him. The installation team were great too and did an excellent job, very pleased with my new kitchen. The reason I only scored 4 is because the installation team were taken off my kitchen after 3 days and put on another job. This was very disappointing but they finished it the following week”
