“It would be better if Wren kitchens had their own fitters so it was done all under one umbrella, instead of them supplying the units, getting another firm to install and another company to make and install the worktops. They are great kitchens but I have had to wait 6 weeks from start to finish which I don't think is quite an acceptable time lapse. I have had to liaise with three companies.”

“Overall very happy with our new kitchen and worktops..Showroom staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable..Mostly went according to plan from delivery to installation and completion.. Some snags and niggles, but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently, replacement parts sent out when requested..Thanks!”

“Overall we are very pleased with our Wren kitchen. One of the drawer fronts came damaged, but it was readily replaced after a phone call to head office. The staff in store were very knowledgeable and friendly too at the time of ordering.”

“We looked at a number of kitchen suppliers before making the decision to choose Wren. We are so pleased we went ahead with the plan they helped us work up. Delighted with the end result. We chose not to take up the kitchen fittings service however as we considered it to be quite pricey. We commissioned our own fitter who did a great job. He was impressed with the infinity plus range we had ordered and fitted them snag free.”

“From start to finish I found Wrens staff friendly and helpful. I was always kept up to date with the process and when the delivery would arrive. On the day of delivery I was given a time slot and rang by the driver to tell me when they were half an hour away. The kitchen was delivered complete. A couple of the doors were faulty but Wren sent replacement without any hassle.”

“I am generally happy with my kitchen and love my design. I believe i got a good deal with my kitchen. My Neff appliances is everything i wanted and absolutely love tge products and can recommend to everyone. The only downside of my kitchen is it is easily scratched. But generally all good and happy.”

“I am very happy with my kitchen now it is finished and have received many compliments from friends and family on the stylish design and layout. I really loved the team at the Guildford store who helped me and ensured the process was stress free and enjoyable. However, I did face some difficulties with the sub-contractor who was chosen to fit my kitchen: I didn't get the support I would have expected from Wren immediately in rectifying my issues, which is the only reason I can't give 5/5. My order no. was 28236184.”

“Had various problems at the beginning and during the ordering process, but was all sorted to our satisfaction Then purchased extra items as some space was found during the installation. The items arrived but I had to install the items myself. On the second order I asked for assistance in the installing of the items. But again no assistance was offered. I have had no correspondence with Wren since. I spoke with customer services who were supposed to send an email to the showroom asking them to contact me. No such luck. Still could do with some assistance with an open wall shelf unit.”

“I love my Wren kitchen (I went for white High Gloss). The pan drawer is great as it’s huge (my only complaint is that the bottom drawer doesn’t line up with the other two). There was an issue with the planning of the kitchen though as the fridge freezer was being put over the mains water pipe coming up from the ground. Luckily our kitchen fitter realised when he came around to look at the plans. This meant we were in time to swap units over and change a unit with a bottom cupboard instead of another set of drawers. My main gripe is that the worktop is terrible. It shows every mark (water, hand prints etc). It doesn’t matter what you clean it with, it looks horrendous. My uncle said that B&Q recalled an identical worktop because of the same problem. I would recommend Wrens kitchens.”

“First class service at the showroom. Absolutely no pressure to buy, price match on electrical s saved having to shop around. Delivery service was excellent, arrived on time, were extremely helpful and very careful. Would have given a 5 star had the quartz worktops not taken so long.”

“We are very happy with the overall result of our fabulous new Wren Kitchen and were very impressed with the customer service experience both instore and from our recommended installer, who was brilliant. However, we feel unable to give a five star rating as we were very unimpressed with the worktop company (J Rotherham's) who were difficult to contact by telephone and left several emails unanswered during the process. We had an almost five week delay of our worktop installation which was not acceptable and we felt let down by this part of the whole experience. Whilst we are now very happy with the kitchen and love the worktops, it was quite a stressful situation at the time.”

“Quality of kitchen units is excellent and they were also very good about quickly sending replacements for damaged or missing parts as well as additional parts that we forgot to order such as drawer inserts. Installation instructions and plans with numbered units also make it easier for the fitter than other kitchen suppliers that just send all the bits and leave you to it. They had a good range of styles and colours and the price was very good in comparison to others (B&Q, Howdens, Wickes, etc) when ordered during a sale when compared to units of similar quality. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is that the design process could have been smoother. We had 4 different designers work on our kitchen and some small niggles with the layout/placement of certain units could maybe have been spotted at the design stage if a single designer that was aware of all the issues had been on it from the start. All in all, this is a minor gripe though and we are very happy with the final result.”
