“We had our Wren kitchen fitted last year and could not be happier. The quality was great and the customer service was excellent. We visited 3 different showrooms and settled on them for this reason. Always getting compliments and recommend.”

“5 months since my wren kitchen was fitted and I still love it like the first day it was fitted. The build is excellent and I still don’t have to pay it off until next year interest free. I got my own fitter as wren were expensive and also got my work tops elsewhere. The ready made units were delivered to time and the delivery staff were very professional. I have recommended wren to family and friends.”

“Great patience by the salesman in the Swansea Store, great advice on appliances. Delivery was on time and the delivery men took care to only walk on the cardboard I had laid over my new flooring. I would have given 5 stars except that when I queried returning an excess wall board (WRENS fault not mine) the showroom said no refund, but a quick phone call to customer services and a refund sorted out”

“Scott McLuskie 28817592 After several very pleasing and helpful visits to Wren at Cribbs causeway, Bristol we choose our dream kitchen. Every detail was fully explained by the professional staff ,who all got involved, and the kitchen was delivered on time and complete. The build quality was excellent, which our fitter commented on. The only slight issue is the soft close doors sometime need a little push to fully close, apart from that we are very happy and would highly recommend Wren.”

“Planning and installation were both extremely positive experiences. We had various iterations of the plan and nothing was too much trouble. Wren designer Ian put forward some great ideas, many of which we hadn't thought of and the final design was significantly better than our initial ideas. We were pleased with installation which began and finished within the agreed timescales and we were pleased with the finish. Our Installer, Mark was very helpful and did additional work over and above that set out in the kitchen plan. We were very pleased with the final product which was finished on time and on budget. Only downside was the post installation customer service. We had a couple of minor snags that needed fixing but dealing with the Customer Service/Warranty Support team is what has turned a 5 star review into a 4 star review. Detail is beyond the scope of this review suffice to say a couple of simple snags took from May to September to resolve. Keeping things in perspective, we are extremely happy with our new kitchen and would recommend Wren but if I was to go through the process again I'd want some guarantees around snagging and response times.”

“We found the planning of the kitchen very good and the quality the same the installation started as scheduled The fitters excellent but better co ordination needed with the worktop installers and waited too long for this shame because we are very satisfied with the finished kitchen”

“Great service, sales man initially a bit nervous but was new so still learning. Got exactly what we wanted and he did his best to keep the cost down overall for us, suggesting changes we could make to get it within budget. Delivery service brilliant, cannot fault and small damage on doors delt with quickly and replaced by the customer care team.”

“We bought our Wren kitchen in April 2017. We visited a number of showrooms when trying to decide, and we were impressed with the quality and choice offered by Wren. We found the experience of designing and buying the kitchen really positive, there is space for the kids to watch movies and play games which was really helpful for us. Our kitchen designer understood our needs and the kitchen we got was just what we wanted. We are over the moon with the finished product and I think the quality is great. My one concern was regarding the after sales, we were sent a number of wrong doors, and getting this resolved took much longer than I would have liked, the staff in the call centres were friendly, but not always helpful. However, this experience did not stop me from recommending them, and in fact my brother has just got a Wren kitchen on my recommendation and is very happy”

“Overall we’re pleased with the quality of our kitchen. However, the service doesn’t stand up as well, as they have a call centre and assigned Project Manager that is meant to deal with your kitchen once you’ve bought it, but there is a serious lack of communication between store, project manager, and installers so dates and details go wrong repeatedly. If Wren fixed this then I would have given 5 stars.”
