On Saturday 13th July I went to the Broadstairs store to browse kitchens as my Mum is moving house. We were "greeted" and I use the term very loosely by a hard looking saleswoman, blond and in her 60's who talked down to us both and quite frankly completely put us off even looking. When my Mum explained she was looking in preparation for finding a new house she asked very sharply "how do you know you will need a kitchen!" Is that a new kind of marketing? Next question "are you looking to keep the cost down". How dare she make assumptions, as it happens my parents can afford the best. This woman should seriously be pulled up on her attitude. I will never set foot in the shop again and from speaking to friends about it nor will they!

Where do I start.... Still waiting for the installation of my worktops (3rd Attempt now). Haven't even got to the wall splashback yet, which I'm sure will take another 3 months to resolve after another 6 attempts. Worktops keep coming damaged and brought back exactly the same as they first came. Great Quality Control system in place I see.... I call everyday for updates and get false promises that someone will call me back and give me an update. No return call is ever made within the 3 months dealing with them so far. I've told them to cancel my worktops and refund me. Wren has stated we can't cancel as the worktops are in production...... I find out today by Rotherhams that the worktop has not even been returned to the warehouse (5 days later) where I was told that the worktops were going to be inspected by their Head Of Quality Control. I was told by their installer who also spoke badly about J Rotherhams stating their quality control was not good and they've had customers even getting installed on their 10th attempt. Very bad at communicating and giving wrong information. Disgusted..... Stay Away from Wren and J Rotherhams.

Wouldn’t use again and will be recommending others to avoid using them also. Frustratingly, a largely positive experience was completed ruined by the appalling customer service shown by head office. Wrong worktops were delivered and despite not being opened, they refused to change them for the correct ones, despite them being standard lengths which could’ve been resold. Not willing to help despite the error clearly being the designer’s fault at the Hayes store. When anticipate these situations by making you sign plans when you place the order, but the paperwork is incredibly overwhelming and who is going to know the difference between a 38mm and 53mm worktop. Customer services were incredibly unhelpful, ignorant and rather rude. It would seem that once they have your cash, they no longer care for their customers, which Wren are renowned for but we were wowed by their in showroom design service. Save yourself the hassle and opt for a company which prioritises customer satisfaction.

I have lost patience from start to finish with Wren. Product is fantastic, delivery, missing parts and after sales service is appalling. Please do not use them, you will regret it like I have. Especially the Aylesford store. Rude and arrogant staff with no acceptance of wrong doing.

HOR-WREN-DOUS COMPANY. AWFUL QUALITY, AWFUL INSTALLATION, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. STAY AWAY FROM WREN KITCHENS Shocking from the start. We had our dream kitchen fitted in October 2017 and we are still waiting for wren to get it right. Quality of fit was awful we,ve had four different fitting teams trying to get it right all have failed, incompetence the only consistency. We’ve had the doors and drawers replaced over and over again due to poor quailty of product. They promise deliver dates and fail due to quality issues and when they do deliver its the same rubbish again. Infinity plus shaker style in Gloss white painted finish some doors are both gloss and Matt on the same door, some have orange peel effect, there’s burnishing like markets on doors, contamination/dirt under the paint. Doors bowed, doors clashing with other doors when opening and closing, drawers clashing with other when opening, drawers not closing fully. The list is endless. In summary, wren kitchens are rubbish and the furniture ombudsman are equally as incompetent

The initial experience seemed good, great showroom, friendly staff but things are not all they seem. We went though the design and included tall wall cupboards to ceiling height and wanted a tall larder cupboard but that would not be manufactured to ceiling height. A suggestion was made by the designer to add decor panels to "box in" the top of the larder to match the height of the other wall cupboards. These parts were added. A plan of our kitchen was sent and it looked great!! We went to other suppliers and saw some vertical bi-fold wall cupboards that we really liked so by email we asked the Wren designer to change our wall cupboards to these, they were shorter cupboards so would not be at ceiling height which meant that the larder would not need to be boxed in, at this point the designer did not point this out and as I am neither a designer or fitter did not realise that the added parts would not be required. The order was placed and the process was good, informative and well arranged. The kitchen arrived and was fitted by an independent fitter, part way through the build he questioned what some of the parts were for, I had no idea so called the store to be told they were for boxing in the larder cupboard. I thought that they would have been removed at the design change but no. I was not too worried until I started totting up the costs, they got to over £400 and suddenly seemed expensive. I contacted the store to arrange the return but was told that as I had signed for them that they were mine with no possibility of refund. I am now the proud owner of some useless shiny bits of kitchen that I paid quite a bit of money for. I know the designers are paid commission so are very click happy with decor panels etc and when questioned will say that every part would be required. A reasonable designer would have known that the design change would have made the "boxing in" not required but that would have reduced the overall cost by at least £400 so it is more profitable to leave it in at the expense of the customer. I would never use Wren again and I would suggest if you get a plan to get it independently checked by an experienced kitchen designer/fitter to ensure you don't spend hard earned cash on shiny bits of kitchen that you do not need. The kitchen we bought was from the infinity plus range so supposedly high quality, it arrived with chips, and scuffs in places along with thin paint on a few panels with base coat showing through. This makes me think that it will not be a long lasting finish for everyday life, I am hoping that I am wrong as that would really sour an already unpleasant kitchen buying experience. I do have to credit the after sales team who arranged the replacement doors without fuss so I can at least replace the poor quality and damaged items, at least that bit is done correctly. The kitchen will look good once the new doors are replaced but using a premium supplier has been a less than premium experience.

I ma builder my self and I would certainly never, ever recommend Wren kitchen to anyone. My company have a Wren Kitchen account and I purchased the designed kitchen. When the kitchen was finally delivered it been left unattended in public path it in middle of the rain and they singed the delivery note on my behalf, my wife call me and she told me that they have left 70% of the unites in public path and 30% in front door, I phone the Wren kitchen branch where i bought the kitchen send the photos to confer the the the kitchen unit are in meddle of the rain they told me that i have agri to put the units in my house by myself and i have singed for that, 30 min later they have find out that the signature was not my the driver have sing that, the have don a investigation for 5 days, after 5 working days investigation they find out the delivery people have don a mistake, a lot of materials was missing they have promise me they will replace it, they never don it, some of the units have been damage from the water no replacement when i phone them they kip transfer my call from one department to another, writing emails funny same respond no action taken. Avery time I have send them a emil i sed the photos to se what was the problem they kip blaming the delivery people this was not my problem this people working for them. THINK BEFOR YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM WERN KITCHEN

Show room and installations are like 2 different companies. Really spoilt the kitchen for us. Huge expense and we wish we hadn’t bothered. Really disappointed and no end appears to be in sight. Show room, design etc fantastic. They listened to our requirements, offered lots of great advice, warm, friendly overall an enjoyable experience. However, once handed over to installation it has been a disgrace. Original kitchen fitter made a mess of our worktops and the kitchen was not installed as per our design. He didn't speak very good English so I had to speak with a guy on his mobile who translated the issues, the guy on the phone was not very polite either did not feel comfortable at all raising the issues. Had to really argue with the installation contact at Wren, they agreed to replace work tops but refused to resolve the difference in design even though the showroom contact said they would resolve. This lead to the wren installation contact accusing me of lying and one point hanging up on me. I've put that down to a bad day as she was fine after that. Second installer came to replace work tops and not only made a mess of them again, now my sink is leaking, my kitchen tap is damaged, the breakfast bar work top is cut short and they just injected a load of sealant into the gap, all their waste left on my drive which my neighbour took great delight in complaining about and then to our alarm our splash back fell off the wall. I put all of this in an email along with photos to evidence it to Wren and I have had 3 different people pick it up, first they were more bothered that i hadn’t sent it from my registered email (iPhone sent from Me account) then when email address gate resolved no response, another guy emailed about the leaking sink, when i asked about the other issues he had no clue about them! I called Wren a week ago they advised I’d get a call back ASAP but still no call. Just called now and again the team are too busy. It appears to be a case of ignore the customer now we have their money. They clearly use third party contractors for installation, something that I don't recall being told during purchase. No doubt in some small print somewhere. They obviously go cheap as the quality is just not there. I have been back to the show room twice and spoke with the manager, showing him the joints and quality of their display kitchens, the quality i based my purchase on, all i want is that quality in my kitchen.

Very disappointed at the service which we received from wren. We wanted to change date of delivery 1 week before delivery date but they did not accommodate that service for us. We were miss lead by the branch with some of the information including that we can change style and delivery upto 1 week before delivery date but it is not true. As soon they got the money they did not want to help or do any thing to do with you. Take extra proaction with wren service make sure every thing is in writing as they change there word after you finalise you order.

It was like the Snow White story, Snow White went to buy the Milano contour infinity plus handless kitchen from the beautiful wrens showroom, lovely staff, animal friendly, the best looking sparkling white units and compared to the other stores, the lowest prices, it was looking like she would have the magical kitchen she always dreamed of. Day of delivery, I was sent the perfect kitchen I read the warning label on the packaging in capital letters - you must report all damages within 48 hours, it was like taking a bite from the apple. I cannot describe the sheer scale of my horror as I am surrounded by 3 dwarfs all of whom cant do the job I’m paying them to do and boxes all over my house that have been emptied to photograph 9 door fronts and 3 faulty units. Now there’s you thinking but lucky Snow White to live in such a big castle, no this snow White lives in a 2 bed with only room for 10 units and yes that means there were faults on nearly every one. So I’m now waiting for an inspector so he can approve my refund and my dwarfs have left me to fit another kitchen forsomeone who wasn’t as stupid to buy a kitchen from wrens. Of course I was offered more apples but chances are that they would have been chipped, bruised and scuffed too when they arrive ten days later. The clue was there, the ten pounds white pen they add on to the cost, I refused to buy it saying I wouldn’t need that, they put it in for free, with a scour, now I can see why. Unfortunately pens don’t erase chips, dents and poorly finished bumpy paint work.

Awful company. Very poor design (600x600 empty void instead of a cupboard and was told this was normal), my old immersion cupboard left out of the design meaning extra parts needed, missing parts, over ordered parts, endless delivery dates, can’t get anyone to help resolve problems as the staff blame each other. Everyone seems to be a manager but nobody takes responsibility. Never again.

Everything was going fine we had picked a kitchen at a really good price. However this price was matched by Howdens, we choose to go with wren due the interest free credit. When we went to finalise the order we looked to change the worktop for those of the same price, after confirming that changing the worktop would not change the price we selected it. To then find out it added an extra £250. We were then told that once the kitchen was complaince checked the kitchen would go down in price however surprise surprise instead it went up again. Mistakes are made around price however it was the way the ‘manager’ handled the situation, it was the worst experience I have ever received from a retail worker never mind that he was the manager of the shop. Nothing was explained why the price had gone up and he blamed everything on the employee and didn’t try to undersatand the situation, or rectify the concerns we had. We have now been told there is nothing anybody can do apart from once we pay the full balance and receive the kitchen we can put in a compensation claim which no doubt will drag on for months and we will be provided with a minimal gesture of goodwill. Will never use Wren again and will not recommend them to anybody!!! I look forward to hearing from the complaints department.

Told wren I had a very small kitchen so space was very important to me. With this in mind I chose not to have a chimney extractor. They showed me a picture of one that I assumed was a slim line model as I needed a usable cupboard above it. What got was one that was not streamline, and we've had to cut up the cupboard in order to fit it there by losing any usable space. Customer care couldn't understand issue and kept robbing me off. Now comes the cupboard when choosing the kitchen we decided to self install due to small size of kitchen so not having space to store built units we went flat pack. Absolutely fine... until we saw the shelving. The flat packs only come with half depth shelves. Something never mentioned during the design or order process. If it been, I'd have made different decisions. When I complained to wren customer care they weren't bothered, they weren't willing to help me resolve the issue. I'm now left with trying to sort out with showroom.. apparently they're not one company..and they separate customer service, there by avoiding responsibility. I've list about a quarter of my kitchen space and that's a lot for an already small kitchen. I do have to couldn't fault pre delivery customers service. Lots of follow up.

HOR-WREN-DOUS Quality of replacements would suggests that they have no control over their manufacturing processes and worse still their quality control don’t reject it. I suppose if they had a “No fault forward” policy nothing would ever leave the factory. Shocking quality matched by the fitting standard.

DON’T LET THEM INTO YOUR LIFE Everything went wrong and still WRONG. From the ordering to the absolute disgraceful standard of installation. The doors were bowed, they clash with the adjacent one, drawers don’t close properly and the fitter thought it was appropriate to fit a piece of plinth to the bottom of a door of the walk in larder. The quality of the doors and drawers were shocking and all have been replaced at least four times to date and still not finished. Wren pushed it to the ombudsman in the hope they will find in there favour and so far Wren have not satisfied their own obligation. DONT GO NEAR WREN

The worst decision of our life. Do not waste your time with this company like we have . Bad design , terrible fitting poor quality chipped cupboards after a couple of months and to top it appalling customer service , they are not interested in you , everything has to be for wrens benefit and on there terms customer service non existent . They all have the same customer service training zero. Avoid at all costs

Worst service by this company. Paid over £8000 for supply and fit the kitchen. We asked the fitters to be careful as they were knocking the old units against a double glazed door while removing the units from kitchen to the garden. The fitters got upset and left without installation of new kitchen. That meant we have no kitchen. We contacted Wren Kitchens who told us the fitters are self employed. That meant we have to find someone ourselves. We contacted a fitter via Checkatrade who will do the work in 2 weeks time. It means we will be without a kitchen for almost three weeks till finish. Worst service by Wrens Kitchen.
