Shabby service still not finished after 2 months. Cut worktop wrong 4 times! So fed up a lot of money wish i hadnt bothered. Wouldnt say cabinets are any better quality than anywhere else. All the promises of the wren experience fell flat. Save your money not worth it.

I tried to have an uncomplicated quick look around a showroom today. I felt that I was not allowed to have this quick scan over the ranges without needing to answer a range of questions from the moment I walked in. I was a bit irritated by this and then had to suffer sarcasm from ‘welcome’ staff. Not intending to return for more of that.

We feel incredibly let down by Wren. Wren’s surveyor completely botched our measurements. We are now left with a ‘fitted’ kitchen that looks less fitted than if we'd bought units from a discount supplier. Wren says it’s not liable for its surveyors’ errors and our fitter should have done an additional survey before fitting the units. The survey is included in Wren’s price, but it takes no responsibility for it. Wren doesn’t trust its own surveyors and you shouldn’t either. It’s like ordering a steak in a restaurant, the waiter serving you a turkey, and the restaurant saying it’s not responsible for the descriptions on the menu. You should have written your own menu after you ordered. Apart from the lack of responsibility, it’s surprising that Wren hasn’t thought about how terrible an advertisement it is for its kitchens. If this was the only issue it would be bad enough, but the fan unit on the other side of the kitchen is too far above the hob to be any use. This was the designer's error, but as we're not kitchen designers, we missed it. Wren says it’s designers aren't "technical experts" and it's our problem.

Bought our kitchen from bristol store as my husband has been a carpenter for 42 years and has fitted hundreds of kitchens we decided to fit it ourselves all was going ok until none of the drawers would align this has meant taking the drawers apart and putting the runners on straight !!!! It has taken hours of time and we are both very unhappy . We have also had alot of damage to various doors and drawers customer services have assured us that once we finish the kitchen to contact them and they will replace them . Surely they would have been better packaged properly the packing was terrible all the units very covered in thick dust . Think twice about buying a wren kitchen we definitely wont reccomend them to anyone .

Wrens own installers let the whole process down. Weve had 7 in total. 2 were good the rest, very average. Last lot broke our ceramic sink taking it out to replace worktops that had warped. Not coming back for 3 weeks. Ive no kitchen, no sink, no dishwasher, kettle and bowl... Customer service are useless. Referred to furniture ombudsman.. my advice use your own trusted fitter. Not wrens !!!!!

Mmmm.... Look at all the generic 2 or 3 line ‘Anonymous’ amazing reviews.... scroll down and find the 1 and 2* reviews with persons name and detailed issues for a balanced view. I give Wren 1* as there isn’t a zero. Once they have your money they don’t care, flashy showroom, all sales driven.

After ordering the service goes down hill, think if number 1 why don’t they have any British standard, and any other, they want full money before the fit the kitchen, then the balls in they court, bought lasts year paid 18000 fully fitted they fitter took 8months. Wrong parts, missing bits, all fitter are self employed so when part turns the fitter is busy on other jobs, the company is a joke. Flashy show rooms. Don’t be fouled, keep away.otherwise you’ll have a lot of heartache.think which company take all money upfront.

Not impressed with the after care and service in the shop. You get what you pay for. Will not have another wren kitchen or recommend them to others. Once bitten you avoid from now on. Now going legal for advice

They have very bad and rude customer… They have very bad and rude customer… They have very bad and rude customer service. they can not solve the mistake from their own side. they force you to pay again for wrong units which was done by their designer. do not choose them at all. we are in a process of complaining. I will engage my solicitor and trading standard to deal with this matter.

Do not waste your time or your money. If I could score less than a one I would. Where do I start. After being told we can have the kitchen we want on our second visit to the shop and spending three hours choosing our kitchen. A further six wasted trips coming in to you to sort ot out and try to pay, then to be told can not have the kitchen as we want and need to move our boiler. When your manager at leicester said it was fine on our second visit. Who clearly doesn't care about being honest and customers just to get your money. On to the delivery date firstly you changed to date which was arranged on my day off got a reason, so my husband has had to take time off work. Secondly when the delivery van arrives it's an 18 tone van is which is too big for my street which was told to you. Having to get the whole street to move their vehicles. Thirdly you fit team let is down on the Friday before having fitted on the monday. Meaning we had to find our own work men to complete the electric work. Fourthly your have broke my contact as it was stated the work needed be be completed by 29/11/19. Even now past its deadline and the fit team starting on the 9/12/19 we find damage and wrong parts sent. And today they have not even turned up. Then cupboard doors do no even hang level and to have a cupboard with piece cut out which is not needed. I have not been without a working kitchen four weeks and 12 days after in the contract was to be completed relying on takeaways and laundrettes. Who's going to pay for that? Your communication within your own company is shocking my husband has been project manager on this. Asking him if has contacted and spoken to different people throughout this journey, it is not his job in yours. This is the worst sevice ever. I am getting ready to tell you come and collect your kitchen and give me a refund

Beware of using this company! We were due to have our worktops installed 3 days ago, we both took the day off work and arranged child care for our youngest. Booked a plumber early that morning to disconnect our taps, electrician booked for that evening and carpenter also booked for the next day. We received a voicemail from Wren at 10:30am to say our worktops could not be located and no one would be fitting them, but we would have new install date by the end of that day, then we were told 48 hours, we heard nothing. This is where things get really bad. Nobody at Wren will take ownership of the situation and provide you with updates, instead you have to phone Wren for updates, being on hold for 20 mins is common. Absolutely awful service when things go wrong, avoid at all costs.

A nightmare that is still in progress. Zero management, poor communication, job unfinished, no tap or sink (not even temporary one) and left with no resolution. No washing machine (week 7 and counting). Delivery of quartz to wrong depot THREE times. Poorly designed e.g. Sink doesn't fit. Once the sale is complete no care at all. Avoid unless you are looking for stress, expense and like having to kitchen or washing machine indefinitely.

incorrect units delivered, we were blamed for this despite agreeing everything in the showroom and shown what we were to expect. Delay in sending out the correct units, been without a kitchen for 4 weeks now and again a part has not been delivered today as promised. Asked for details of the CEO of the company but were told details were on their website, the same customer care team we had already complained to. They ask for reviews and then ignore that we have had an issue.

WARNING - DO NOT USE WREN KITCHENS IF YOU ARE ORDERING A QUARTZ WORKTOP AS PART OF IT!! Wren has not completed our kitchen installation after 6 weeks of waiting. I am still waiting for quartz worktops after they failed to turn up twice and have actually lost them or just didn't bother to make them. Despite many phonecalls to chase this up through management - they will not tell me if they will be made or even installed. They have offered to cancel the worktops which is of no use to me after 6 weeks - I just want them installed. I have read many reviews from people who are experiencing the same problem with the company Wren uses - J Rotherham.

Firstly the service in the show room is good that’s the only good thing about this company. Arrival is average of the units. They came and they were damaged had to replace two units. The worktops are a nightmare. They sent two different companies out at the same time because they were so confused with who was doing it. The team who came out from J Rotherham’s were rude and condescending. Gave us a price for up-stands and we had to put for it immediately or they weren’t able to template it. This was contradicted by Wren. 7 days after templating we are still making calls to find out price and time frames for the fitting of the worktop. After all the hassle of this the guy said they would now give us a more accurate price instead of the £300 he said was a standard price. They are now saying they will be 20 days and won’t go into production until we have paid for the upstands. We have spent on average 4 hours to this company. Friday they told us we would have a price by Monday. The Monday has come and we have now been told we still have to wait a further 20 days for worktops and that we have to wait 48 hours for the price to be given to us even though they said it would be £300 today! It’s confusing and unprofessional. Also they scream about how their shelves in the cupboards trump their rivals, they don’t even sit in the holes! Absolutely disgusting when you have spent thousands on the kitchen! We are still no further this company is ridiculous, no one takes responsibility.

Beware of using bleach on your Wren kitchen. We bought a wren kitchen the Milano range, in February.2019, last month we notice discolouration, run marks on two panels, which must have occurred when steaming our tiled floor with diluted bleach, Wren have refused to replace under warranty, claiming bleach should not be used in the kitchen, refusing to accept that most kitchen products contain bleach, therefore the kitchen is not fit for purpose ( the kitchen is not soft furnishing). No caution is given using bleach products before purchase or advice after care. So be prepared to risk food poisoning to ensure your kitchen maintains its paint finish, and your warranty!!!!!!!!

How stressful! We are relieved that the kitchen is in and that we no longer have to deal with Wren on a daily basis. We were so excited and seemed reassured when visiting the showroom. We explained (Thought we had explained) exactly what we wanted - We wanted cupboard doors in our utility room to cover the washing machine, Dryer and boiler. The fitter came round for a 'pre fit'.. This was basically to re-measure what had already been measured, There was no mention about what height we had to have the plumbing or anything mentioned about the utility, however.. Being someone that hasn’t had a kitchen installed before, i wasn’t actually sure. Once the items were finally delivered and the installer came in we were told that the plumbing had to be moved and that I had to find a plumber before the next morning to do the job, after the stress (and additional cash) of this unexpected work the fitter tells me that he can do this for an additional £130.00 which we obviously had to go for due to time constraints. The cupboard/ More hidden costs – mentioned before in the utility room.. we obviously told them at the showroom what we wanted, assuming that it would be fitted (However that would be) However no frame/Materials where sent, basically to be told we had to pay £450.00 for a Wooden frame!!!!! And the frame wouldn’t of been the same colours etc as the doors. We asked for Wren to take the doors back as would rather pay a carpenter/not give them/the fitter any more money. Following on from this.. There are the little things that link up to complete the kitchen.. 1. No hole cut for the vent of the extractor fan. 2. No hole cut for the plug of extractor fan – leaving the electrician to hope for the best to find the socket. 3. No hole cut for the gas and electric – electrician had to move/cut the glue used to get the cupboard out to find the plug. Gas fitter had to then come in and guess where the pipes where. 4. Plinths fitted to untiled floor so would not go back in – fitter had to come back to cut these down. Customer service/lack of communication 1. Passing the blame on to anyone possible 2. Removing temporary worktops – being told it should be done by the fitter and then not 3. Being told that it was our fault for not mentioning the extra works in the utility If and when we ever have a kitchen done in the future.. I will be avoiding Wren at all costs!

Once your left the store, it all goes to pot. Delivery would have been fine if the correct items were delivered, it took 3 different people from wren to come and measure before right size of cupboards were ordered again, two weeks later cupboards came and again wrong size sent, we now have to wait another week for wren to sort, on top of this (not told in store) worktop is outsourced to another company who can only come an measure when kitchen is in, first slot for measure 2 weeks then it’s 2 weeks after for instillation. Service from customer care has been appalling.
