“This is our third kitchen in the last 5 years due to moving house twice, and hands down the best. The doors and worktops are of the highest quality, but so are the fixtures and fittings. We used our own carpenter and he said it was the best kitchen system he had ever installed. The delivery arrived when arranged and the delivery drivers were friendly and gave the impression nothing was too much trouble. I had to contact Wren afterwards as there were excess plinths, they dealt with it quickly. I can’t fault Wren at all and the kitchen is a real feature. 10 out of 10!”

“The saying "you get what you pay for" is certainly spot on with Wrens kitchens. We are so happy with the result of our new kitchen from design to fitting,and to the taking away of the old equipment. The fitters were extremely professional and a credit to Wrens in only using the best. We would recommend Wrens to anyone.”

“Excellent service from start to finish, in constant communication with our Kitchen Designer to build our perfect kitchen. Very helpful, informative and personalised service, helping us to make decisions without the pressure of sales tactics seen elsewhere. There were plenty of styles and colours to choose from to personalise the design to our tastes. I really liked the fact that they automatically price matched any appliances we purchased from them, which gave me the satisfaction I was getting the best price on the market. Now fitted, the kitchen itself is really high quality and we look forward to baking, cooking and spending time in our new room.”

“We had our kitchen designed by a lovely member of staff - she was fantastic - really patient and friendly and listened carefully to what we were after. We loved the tool we were sent to our phones so that we could have a virtual tour of our new kitchen. Delivery was on time and the delivery staff were excellent - careful and efficient. The quality of the kitchen is everywhere we hoped and more. The templating guy was also brilliant, again patient and careful. So very pleased with our kitchen for such a great price.”

“I can only praise Wren for my new amazing kitchen from designer, Shaf, who worked tirelessly without complaining even though it took months to complete the design. She has the patience of a saint. There were a few issues with the cupboard doors but again this was resolved painlessly with staff from Head Office namely Cameron Watterson, Josh Holt and Matthew Coldwell. They were very helpful and kind. My whole experience has been so wonderful with Wren, I’ll be changing my kitchen sooner rather than later.”

“We had a fantastic experience. The designer (Steve at Luton) thought through every little detail and utilised our space in the best possible way. Our Builder (via Wren) was amazing and even helped us with his experience to make a decision on worktops and splash backs. We are absolutely delighted!”

“Very pleasent and helpful in the shop as we did not really know what we wanted but they guided us through all the options and helped us chose my dream kitchen and then we had it delivered when we want and now had it fitted and we are very pleased with the quality of all the units”

“From walking into the Wren Store at Ravenside retail Park, Erdington to delivery was the most efficient experience we’ve had. No pressure on buying any particular kitchen or appliances or the fittings. We were in control. Can not fault Wren one little bit. My husband did fit the kitchen and if he hit a snag he’d refer to the YouTube videos. Everything explained fully. We are so very happy with our new kitchen. No regrets at all.”

“Excellent, helpful service in the showroom in Cambridge. So many different styles to choose from. The Surveyor that came to the house to measure was very through and the fitter who came to do the pre fit check was very helpful too. Kitchen not being fitted until April but so far so good.”
