“The service we received from wren from the moment we walked into their showroom was nothing short of fantastic. They listened to everything that we was looking for from our dream kitchen and then ensured that we got it all and kept it well within our budget. Once the kitchen and all it’s appliances were chosen (their range to suit all budgets is quite extensive) then it was just a case of waiting for the fitting team to contact us with some dates. The fitting team we had were very professional and ensured that all the extra work we needed to get our old kitchen removed and the room ready for the new kitchen was finished quickly and to a high standard. This cost us extra but then we did need quite a lot of extra work as our old kitchen was about 30 years old! Once the room was ready then we received our kitchen delivery from wren. The delivery people brought everything upstairs to our apartment and stacked it all nice and safely in our front room. The actual kitchen installation also went very smoothly, with just two items being slightly damaged in transit. When we contacted wren about this they was very helpful and got the replacements parts sent out to us within a week. Then it was just a case of the installers coming back and adding the finishing touches to our dream kitchen. All in all the service we received throughout was exactly want you want when it comes to doing something that can be as stressful as a full kitchen remodel. We highly recommend wren as the entire experience was fantastic and went as smooth as you could wish for.”

“Amazing service from the minute we entered the Thurrock store. The design service was so helpful and the guidance offered was invaluable. The kitchen delivery was efficient and quick. The kitchen quality is fantastic. We are so impressed with Wren and would recommend them to anyone investing in a new kitchen.”

“Absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked into the store to receiving the kitchen Wren were great, couldn’t have asked for more. Nothing was too Much trouble they kept us informed throughout. Planning was so easy and when the kitchen arrived all fully built cupboards they are really sturdy and well built. I am so pleased with my new kitchen and would recommend Wren to everyone”

“I was told to go to Wren by my brother. He had just had a Wren kitchen fitted. On going to the wren store, I was very impressed that they show competitors units next to there own. This gives you the chance to compare the build quality. On seeing this I also chose Wren for my kitchen. I did however fit the the kitchen myself. The kitchen turned out fantastic. The customer service was fantastic also. By far the best kitchens for the money.”

“The whole process was a pleasure from the fantastic plan and helpful advice from our kitchen planner, to the delivery! The information given throughout was amazing. The items where boxed and labelled really clearly as per the plan which made installation a dream. Truly a fabulous kitchen. Thank you so much Wren!”

“Delighted with our new wren kitchen and our salesman Murray was very polite and knowledgeable put our mind at ease on our purchase he advised us on all aspects.This was invaluable to us as we needed a kitchen that worked for our lifestyle and he delivered everything and more I would recommend wren and have done so to many friends and family”

“Had a great experience ordering my kitchen through Wren, i knew what i wantee style and units as of previous experience in kitchen design. i turned up on a Sunday to find all the designers busy explained to the staff i nee what i wanted so they squeezed me in. Kitchen was delivered on expected date within 6 weeks. really happy with the quality and looks great. No damages or wrong items very happy indeed thanks Wren”

“We ordered our kitchen and all appliances from wren and they are brilliant! Our kitchen looks amazing and the units are solid easy to maintain units! We had a few issues which were out of wrens control but they sorted this immediately once we emailed them! Would recommend”
