“From the second we walked into the showroom we were given a first class service, tailoring the Wren products to match our requirements. The salesperson was very professional and soon was able to build up our 3D image of what our new kitchen would look like. We were delighted and placed the order. We knew exactly what day it was being delivered and were kept informed via text messages. On the day of delivery text messages kept us informed of more accurate times. When the lorry arrived the delivery men put each part of the kitchen exactly where we had planned it to go, thus saving us time in moving boxes around. Everything was fully assembled, there was no damage, except for a tiny dent in one corner, this didn’t matter as luckily it would not be seen. Everything was delivered as per order, nothing missing. We would use Wren again not only because of the good service and competitive pricing, but also because we were able to purchase all the appliances as well also at competitive prices thus saving additional time hunting around other stores. “Great experience. I was given exclusive customer service from wren kitchens, was given free cooler bags and free mugs as well. Everything went smooth from the initial design and the amount of units and placement of units. Manage to get a great deal within my allocated budget and kitchen looks beautiful. Everyone that has seen the kitchen has been impressed and have given great feedback from the workers to my freinds and family. Delivery came on the exact date and time that was allocated and the drivers were very freindly. Buy now pay 12 months later was a great option. Ibrahim surti Order no-27602894”

“I was very pleased with my wren kitchen, it all went to plan with very few hiccups. \I was expecting to meet some problems with quite a large kitchen , lots of packages etc but was pleasantly surprised. The only one issue was no one explained about positioning of electrics ie for extractor, appliances and a light up shelf which meant we had to have an electrician at short notice to do work at same time as units were going in which caused a bit of a problem, so it would be good if this was brought to customers attention at planning. Other than than everything ran smoothly , very pleased with Stephen who patiently helped me change things around until it was just right. Also the few times I rang customer service for help I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. After experiencing having a new kitchen quite a few times now I know its not always plain sailing , but having used wren for the first time I would have no hesitation in recommending.”

“First class service from the start to the finish, always thought we could not afford a Wren Kitchen but the quality and value for money was amazing. Designer Anthony Henderson from the Silverlink show room made the design stage soo easy and stress free. The day of delivery was again stress free all items carried straight into the house and placed safely where we wanted them put. The link you get to track your delivery is a great idea as it makes you feel like you are a kid again tracking Santa on Christmas Eve. Even when we had a couple of issues with items that had been slightly damaged customer service poeple could not help enough. Overall BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!!”

“The whole experience was excellent with Wren. The minute we walked in and were greeted by the member of staff who found a free designer. The designer was not pushy and respected what we wanted. A good range of cabinets and doors with good quality. The virtual showroom is amazing. I have and will continue to recommend Wren to others. We love our new Wren kitchen.”
