“I had an issue with an end panel for my new kitchen I had ordered from wren. I emailed Hollie Pass at the Merry Hill Centre store to explain my problem. She telephoned me back without delay to take the detail to reorder the part. Excellent customer service.”

“Our entire dealings with Wren have been positive. From the design to the delivery we have been dealt with politely and professionally. Our own kitchen fitters were very impressed with the quality of the units and we are delighted with the end result. Two queries we had regarding extra items we needed to order were dealt with exceptionally quickly and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience.”

“From the first visit to the showroom until the completed fitting of the kitchen it was a professional service. We were kept advised of developments throughout and everything went according to plan. Having a new kitchen fitted can be a stressful experience but this was not the case with Wren. We would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Everything great quality any issues sorted immediately. A fantastic looking kitchen. Must add that we didn't use wrens fitters as husband is a carpenter . Would definitely recommend”

“I found the branch in Romford the best I have ever used. Unfortunately one part was not in the order, so they got a driver from the store to bring the part to me, which I thought was brilliant. They were so helpful I couldn't fault them. The kitchen is in and it looks fabulous and so well made. Definitely use them again.”
