“Absolutely fantastic service from Wren Kitchens Doncaster. I had no idea what I wanted at first but Steven made the whole process so easy & using the VR headset was really fun! My kitchen wasn’t massive and neither was my budget but this didn’t matter - there really is something for everyone. Delivery was on time, despite the COVID-19 lockdown. Really good quality materials and easy to install. I look my new kitchen - thank you Wren!”

“This is the third kitchen I've had from Wren and personally introduced three other customers. On each occasion the process from selection to order to delivery was extremely seamless. On each occasion, the fully assembled units arrived with nothing at all missing. I did not use their fitting service as have my own skilled carpenter and he rates the product highly. In truth, I didn't even get a comparative quote elsewhere as knew it was pointless as they are rarely under-sold and the product is really good as I know from experience in my other properties. After planning and ordering, but before delivery, the kitchen is surveyed to make sure no measuring mistakes. This is helpful as it did pick up a minor issue. I also get my appliances through Wren as they have a price promise scheme and everything arrives at the same time with the units (incidentally, lots of communication regarding day and time which they stick to). Owing to lockdown the kitchen fitting and finalisation was delayed. The kitchen and appliances were delivered on 5 May, 2020 and although they were installed straight away they were not commissioned until mid-August as there were other building delays. They supplied all the necessry appliances including Zanussi fridge/freezer and it was only last week (mid August 2020) that I realised that despite it switching on normally (lights etc) it failed to get cold at all in the fridge or freezer. An engineer has been out and it appears the compressoor hasn't even been wired in so they have to come back to repair what is a brand new, never used appliance! I can hardly blame Wren for this but it has been very irritatating and caused a lot of trouble and waste. There is nothing to indicate it isn't working except not getting cold. It is still not working and they cannot come out again until 4 September. The engineer said I could perhaps go to Wren and get a replacement but as it is a long time since delivery it was too late.”

“First kitchen ever, but I will probably never go to a different vendor. We love our new kitchen and the price was perfect for us, right in the sweet spot. We got all of our appliances as well from Wren, cheaper than if I would have purchased them separately. Besides all this, we also got 3 year interest free credit, so I can only recommend Wren.”

“Wren kitchens were brilliant from the design of the kitchen at the beginning to the finished kitchen at the end. An all at what I thought was an excellent price! Extremely pleased with it and I certainly would recommend them to anyone. Ian, my installer, was great too - a love guy who coordinated all the extra bits. Order number 331690”
