“Fab Service! Received amazing service from Craig at your Huddersfield store. Helped us redesign our kitchen, make amendments when required and ensure everything was to our exact specifications. Delivery was efficient and easy and Wren's subcontracted installation team (NG Installations) were amazing!! Highly recommended!!”

“I am delighted with my new kitchen , from the sales team to fitters and after sales . I was kept informed all the way as to when it would arrive to fitting an after my kitchen was fitted on closer inspection I found my larder doors was wharpt .when I reported it the response was so good and quick my new doors arrived a week later. To all at wrens I would like to say thankyou a very satisfied customer , Karen Walton”

“I have had an exceptional experience with Wren Kitchens. We did call up B&Q first, immediately on the phone call we knew that B&Q would not suffice as the representative felt the need to tell us that 2 of the designers had been laid off and he was the only one available, this his time was limited for slots. Upon meeting him it was clear that he was not able to visualize what we wanted for the kitchen and just kept getting excited that they could offer us a spice rack, in fact at one time he offered us 2! With an appointment with Wren at the house, they sent out a designer to measure up the room. Since we were having an extension built with a wall being removed and this new space would connect with the kitchen requiring a breakfast bar, we become anxious about the accuracy of the length and width. Yet, the designer was thorough in his measurements. At the showroom Saied took us through the process of designing the kitchen, he was meticulous to our needs and budget. Due to having years of experience in designing, he constructed the ideal kitchen on paper and provided us with a 3D virtual reality video to download later. We were even provided with a sketch of the kitchen to show to the kitchen fitter prior to approving the kitchen which we did the following day. Delivery of goods arrived on the exact day and a map of the kitchen provided a few days before with a big label asking to give to the fitter. Fitters were impressed with the map as it allowed them to fit the kitchen exactly to specification. I had spoken to customer services a few times with queries and got nothing but great customer services. All in all a fantastic experience”

“We purchased the above kitchen from Wren and overall we are very pleased with the process and product from start to finish. The showroom is well laid out and makes it easy to select our kitchen along with all the associated appliances, colours, storage solutions etc. The sales staff were professional without being pushy. We also felt the purchase price was good value in comparison to similar providers (e.g. Howdens). One criticism was the cost they quoted for installation which I felt was very very expensive. Having said that, the way the kitchen is delivered makes it very easy to install and my fitter had no problems. There were a few items missing when delivered but Wren replaced within a week (if you are fitting yourself I'd recommend you get it delivered at least a week in advance so you can check that all parts are there ready for install). They fitting guides on the website are also very good. In summary, we are very pleased with our kitchen from Wren and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“From design to provision for self assembly our experience has been good. Liaison and communication was great, delivery fully met our requirements on the agreed date and the high quality of the protective packaging really surprised us. We are delighted with the quality of the finished kitchen and good value too.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Delivery date was kept to with excellent communication. All items arrived as ordered. We had the Italian concrete elements and it looks beautiful. The quartz worktop was very delayed but Wren were efficient in chasing this for us. Definitely recommend.”
