Was going to just forget about it. However, I phoned uk signs and received great help from Melissa and Claire on how to retrieve my voucher.
I Have now received my sign and I’m very impressed with the quality ( especially for what I paid) and how easy it was to install.. Great quality, great service and very helpful ( and patient) people 👍👍👍”
“Terrible service. Ordered three paint by numbers as a fun thing to do with my kids during this time back in April. Received one but none that o ordered. Filled in countless tickets online and so many emails with no response. No products received that I ordered and no refund. They have basically taken my money and no items received. Appalling customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone. It’s been more than 30 days and no money back. More hassle and stress than anything else. I would give them 0 stars but that’s not even an option. Unpleasant experience so far.”

I only went for a look... I had an idea of what I wanted and left with something totally difference. Rachel who helped me and the whole team at one point helping pick dresses. There was no rush I tried about 12 dresses on before going back to my perfect dress.

“Don’t even get close to this company if you’re not looking for drama and head-ache! I’m absolutely shocked by the poor service I received today. I have worked with several gas engineers and boiler companies over the years but Plumbing Force is definitely the winner of the worst customer service that you could get. I asked them to check my boiler and let me know if there’s any parts that need replacement or anything in general that requires attention so I won’t get surprised in cold season. The engineer showed up only to tell me what I already knew, that there’s no inspection hatches on the flue therefore he said he couldn’t tell me if there’s anything wrong inside the boiler itself (the unit on the wall). And he still charged me the complete fee for a visit. Please bear in mind that I didn’t ask for a gas safety certificate here because for instance I was planning to rent out my property. I am the home owner myself and I just wanted a reassurance that my boiler is working fine. But the engineer refused to tell me if the boiler itself is alright or not just because he couldn’t see the flue. When I called the company to ask for an explanation to see what is was that I paid for today, they said sorry it’s the regulation (which is so not true, because many other gas engineers have done just that in the past) After several calls back and forth to finally get a line manager over the line, I asked her why they don’t ask that question about the inspection hatch over the phone so people would not ask for an engineer to come over and incur an unnecessary cost, she said we don’t ask questions over the phone (which is understandable from the profit-making point of view because then you won’t send someone over to tell customers the obvious and charge them an arm and leg when they haven’t really done anything). Ps. The engineer was checking the brand of my kitchen gas hub towards the end of his visit just so he could write his report, now how it’s related to my original request I’m not sure. Anyway the people on the phone were also extremely rude (including the line manager) and didn’t let me explain the situation properly as they kept interrupting me. Apparently this company is going bust or something because when I told them that as an unhappy customer I’m going to write a bad review online, the line manager said go ahead and do whatever you want to do cause we don’t care anymore! So just a heads up, keep away from this company, it’s just a scam, they don’t care about customer satisfaction, just the bill.”
“When I opened the box the flowers were disappointing some were squashed others were wilting such a shame. It’s very poor as the sender finds time to order them and these things are never cheap. You feel excited that you have received a parcel only to be let down when yo open them.

The delivery man just left them on the door step after only knocking once by the time I got to the door he was gone!”
“Plumbingforce! Booked plumber for appointment 11 till 3 at half 2 told he had been delayed unable to give a time, rang up at 4 45 and 5 15 told same thing he turned up at half 5 unable to unblock toilet informed it needed Jetting in drain pipe this would have to be arranged Monday morning he would call first thing to arrange. Never heard from him again.
As there is only one toilet in the house I called another plumbing company out Sunday Morning who unblocked pipe within 20 mins without Jetting
So don't even think of using them in an emergency”
