“If I could give zero stars, I would. The rugs I received were yellow, not ivory, as pictured on the website. When I contacted the company for a return, they stated the rugs were not eligible for return because it was a clearance item. No where on the product page or on the checkout page did it state they were “final sale”… I found this in small print on the return policy in a different part of the website. The customer service reps were rude when responding to my emails and I ended up sending the rugs back, paying for the shipping myself. I only received a fraction of the cost of the rugs refunded to my credit card. Save yourself the headache and order from a different website.”
“The service was quick and efficient. I feel that the vitamins are of a good quality, but it's a bit early to tell if they are making a difference. However the real drawback for me is the taste. I don't like things too sweet so I ordered the sour flavour. If that's sour, I can't begin to imagine how sweet the other variety is. I dread taking them every day. They are so, so sickly sweet. It might just be me, I'm not a cake, sweets or puddings kind of girl but, oh boy yuck!”

“This company was absolutely atrocious, first job they came out to there was problem with the toilet, they said the part was obsolete, I had to purchase a new toilet and had to pay for someone to fit it! Second job they came out to was another toilet, and surprise surprise they said that part required was also obsolete. Well that was alarm bells for me. I purchased the actual part, the part that they said was obsolete!! They refused to fit the part and after months of sending endless emails I ended up getting a new plumber to fit the part to the toilet.. What a joke this company is!!”

Such a lovely company to deal with. The night before my delivery, my item popped up in my advert feed as discounted which I then asked Roseland about. The next day they refunded the difference and my items were hand delivered by the 2 man service. Although the boxes were damaged, the packaging inside was very thorough and both items undamaged. Their costumer service department was quick to respond, addressed the issue and made things right. Probably didn't help that I ordered in the middle of a nationwide heatwave. I'm probably concidered a small volume customer yet they still addressed the issue and sent a replacement. Customer service is top notch and they stand behind their products and quality.
