“This company was absolutely atrocious, first job they came out to there was problem with the toilet, they said the part was obsolete, I had to purchase a new toilet and had to pay for someone to fit it! Second job they came out to was another toilet, and surprise surprise they said that part required was also obsolete. Well that was alarm bells for me. I purchased the actual part, the part that they said was obsolete!! They refused to fit the part and after months of sending endless emails I ended up getting a new plumber to fit the part to the toilet.. What a joke this company is!!”

Such a lovely company to deal with. The night before my delivery, my item popped up in my advert feed as discounted which I then asked Roseland about. The next day they refunded the difference and my items were hand delivered by the 2 man service. Although the boxes were damaged, the packaging inside was very thorough and both items undamaged. Their costumer service department was quick to respond, addressed the issue and made things right. Probably didn't help that I ordered in the middle of a nationwide heatwave. “After ringing 68 times last Friday and no one picking up, I took the day off work and waited in all day with no delivery, I waited in all day Saturday no delivery. I rang 20 times Tuesday someone answered. I was told they have problems with delivery in the South West. So I suggest if you live in that area don't bother. I would of been happier if only I was told what was happening with my delivery, I also emailed no reply. It finely arrived Tuesday which was really annoying because I had no help to move it. Don't see the point of choosing a date that you can't fulfill.”
